If you use them on Eagle or RT with Rogue ID (or any other ID) you should get powerplant nerf, I'll double check if this is the case.
On the Eagle I can confirm this for you.
Core is reduced to 90% recharge with Sammaels and Rogue ID
Hussar has much faster "response" - the ability to change direction left-right (used when dodging, planting a nuke etc) this is not shown in flstat numbers but can be seen by directly comparing steering torgue/rotation intertia values in shiparch.
Whether the difference is entirely sufficient I'm not sure.

I noticed the Kusari Gunboat can fire its CD backwards. Based on something AD said about another ship with similar ability, I suspect this is unintentional. Ignore if its the way it's supposed to be
The "Colossus" Rheinland Train could use a little scale down.
At the moment it is about 3-4 times as wide and quite a length longer than the Stork.
With that size it could easily hold a lot more cargo...
/*EDIT: I should make a pic for this, mh? Would love to, if I knew how. So if anyone would be so kind...? */
(of course I don't have to mention, that it would badly need some defense capabilities, but somehow everyone seems to be allergic to traders which can actually defend themselves at least a tiny little bit - "pirating in a LF has to be possible!")
By the way, it would be more than awesome, if the cargopods on that ship would be replaced with actual "cargo pods" which can be switched. (Maybe reduce it's length by one segment instead of scaling it down if the cargo pods would be too big after scaling it down?)
Anyway, just a little suggestion. The size is still way too big.
Scaling down the model to the point where the fixed cargo pods could be replaced with mountables would be interesting... If Mjol agrees, I'll investigate if this could easily be done. To be honest, I'd love to do this for ALL the house supertrains. In preparation for brand-bearing pods.
