An admin privilage to "beam" their or another player's ship to the specified base or location in a system.

Used by flhook via the commandline ".beam name station" and ".move value value value"

This particular aspect of the server is not yet implemented, cannot get my head around how to allow new players start off with limited admin rights.

You can make an FLHook plugin to do that. HkSetAdmin(wscCharname, wscRights)
