k..the planet atmosphere is upset me off..

i just bought a Outcast Dreadnought.,,,but when i come out form the planet....XXXXXXX commit suicide...or my hull and weapon getting damage by atmosphere......i sugguest change the invincible time to 20sec~30sec.....because the outcast dreadnought is too long and huge...10sec is not enough to protect the ship when it comes out from planet.......

i loss all my bats and bots and a NCC and 1 BR and 1 inferno because this......:rtfm::nono::angry:

Oh yeah, we all know this one if you fly an Outcast Dreadnought ... As an Outcast of course.
Big ship, smallish planet ... Leave it in space, or post it as a bug. Can't remember if I ever did actually.
I just never dock ours, costs waaaay too much. The joys of capship flying ...

Changing invincibility time to 30 seconds would allow people to undock, and then cruise away or inflict a good deal of damage on an enemy before that enemy can do anything to them. As I'm sure any experienced pilots know, 30 seconds in a cap vs cap combat is ALOT of damage. You can take the enemy shield in 30 seconds, while the other guy can't hurt you. Might fix this problem, but would just make a bigger one.

As everyone else said; undock bot, then stick to outposts.

what i did was, fill up all nanobots, then undock and use them, then dock at yaren and repair.

I've never had any problems with the Outcast dread. Strange.

The only way to completely fix the issue would be to completely re design the docking system. For example, to create a new unlocking structure special for big ships, and place it above, below or far away from a planet.
