Finnegan will truly be missed, although I hope he will not be all that absent from our midst.
On another note, It pains me to take action against other Junkers. However, there are some things that cannot be overlooked. A new group has emerged that has the audacity to call Rochester THEIR territory and believe they can charge the Congress a tax to use the base. This is of course absurd. Furthermore, a member of the group with the call sign [Ave_Maria]Lucius aided a pirate battleship that approached the station in defiance of the navy and then this Junker threatened to attack the navy while sitting right outside Rochester. You all know well that I am no fan of the Liberty Navy. That being said I simply cannot allow anyone to carelessly threaten our way of life. To act this recklessly will bring down heat on Junkers throughout Liberty and make all of your lives more difficult. I have banned this one Junker from our bases and hope that the rest of this group will take notice. It is my hope they will enter into dialogue with us so that we may cooperate in the future.

It's a sad day for the Congress when a member of your standing decides to take his leave for new highlands and/or lowlands.
It was inspirational flying with you and your crew and we have a sneaking suspicion that our paths will cross and we will work together again during your new endeavours.
Just to clear up a few final loose ends, all official like.........
A) The bar tab that the Owen family owed you due to the many drinking sessions on Invergordan is now null and void - it was an internal Congress i.o.u. after all. We are deeply sorry that we never had the chance to settle it but such is life and we will try our damnedest to run up another medically-impossible-without-death-by-kidney-and/or-live-failure bar debt at your future watering hole. Of course, as per the usual Junker code of conduct, we will have no intention what so ever of paying off this debt either.
B) Our wager on "who can get the blindest drunk and then return with the most B.P.A. helmets" still stands.
C) Same goes for the "who can fly the closest to that big neutron star in Omega 41 before all their hair falls out" drunken bet. Ahhhhhhh, a good night that was........................... from what we can remember.............

D) With regards to Arbiter Crow Missus, ya aint missed much.

Today while doing a bit of Legit trading I was accosted by a Rogue by the name of Maxi_the_Grunt.
First he followed me down a tradelane and then right up the Detroit Munitions. Demanding Money as he followed me.
Considering his tone and demands you can imagine I was none too pleased.
I was less pleased when he called a friend to back him up. Im not sure he told his friend much about my ship as she seemed rather hesitant to get involved.
After giving him the cold shoulder he got the message.
The then tried it on, with his heap of a ship. Needless to say he dident even tickle the shields so I let him flee like a coward.

I have wanted to wait with this message till I could prove my loyalty and skills but a I've heard rumours about... well about a lot of things.
