I heard from Pedro Alonso (the Bartender in the Crete Bar) that the recent bounty by Unselie interested one of the AW Aces [AW-B]Denicalus and that he is extremely successfull. He dares to make holes in our Titans righ in front of our noses.

Brothers, don't fear him and try to destroy his gunboat at all cost. Use fighters, dodge, cooperate and attack in groups (2-3 should do it) and be very carefull, as he's known to be very dangerous.

To support this task, I place a 50mil bounty on his head - ship [AW-B]Denicalus, paid from Banco[TBH] (by any of the Elders). Engage only in Gamma! Do not follow him to Theta. This bounty is valid for any Corsair vessel, regardless the faction.

And Unselie obviously is the primary pirating target now, pirate her whenever you see her ship nearby.

It is a sad day and with great pain we have to say goodbye to one of our own, he is moving on but we all hope he wont be gone to long.

Red/Blue/Black_Beard you was a great wingman and will be missed by many, before you leave come say goodbye at the bar, there are some drinks lined up ready for you.

Before he left he transfered 250 mill to the Banco, this will come in handy in times to come im sure and we thank you for your large donation.

Battle reports:

I am unsure which one you are talking about Pedro, there has been 2 that i was involved in so i will make short reports on both.


The latest one was when a group of untagged (none Brotherhood, Benitez, OPG) corsairs thought it would be fun to go to theta where there where 4-6 AW members and try and take freeport 9, crazy i no, but thats what they did, they of course young corsairs so hot headed thought they stood a chance, but the AW picked them of one by one till all 4 where dead or floting in space.

The AW thinking they would teach these young corsairs how to actually pull an invasion of came to Crete, of course the brotherhood was the only ones left to defend this fight they started, us being me and Yanez could not withstand the superior numbers and fell in the end, they proceeded to bombard Crete and took out the Benitez villa.

Of course on that day i was not a happy bunny.

The battle before that was a nova and allies invasion, there fleet was spotted in theta with there numbers around 10-12, the couple of brotherhood pilots on tried to gather enough corsairs to repel the attack but most was largly untagged corsairs, but in the end we managed to get together around 7-8 pilots.

When there fleet was spoted on our scanners i gave the order to concentrate all firepower on the [AW-B] ship because it had been quite troublesome over the past few days, it wasnt long before our pilots started being picked of, around then the Kana, the nova flagship showed up so i gave the order to switch targets to there massive capship, we started to take on the outcast dread and was doing pretty well but then we lost a couple more pilots, i kept on in my bomber and got there flagship right down to its last legs but then everyone had system failuer (server crashed just before the flagship was close to blowing up, only 3-4 bars of hull left).

When everyone got there systems back the battle for them was already won (everyone got set back so everyone had full health, but we had already lost most of our pilots so they couldn't rejoin, they had lost none) there was just 2-3 of us left, me and al capone of the OPG who fought very well and one other, because of some confusion (on when to restart the fight) i was taken on before the others where ready and was quickly destroyed after that the other fell then al capone was left but was destroyed in the end.

I have been talking to both the elders from the Benitez family and the leader of the OPG, trying to create a stronger bond between our 3 factions is in all of our best interests, if we can learn to fight together as one we might just be able to repel these massive attacks on Crete.

Brother!

You did a great job considering what non-hot-headed forces you had available. I suggest in the nearest future we focus our efforts on practising fighting and teamwork of our young brothers. That Theta failure must have been caused by lack of coordination.

I fully support your idea to work on stronger cooperation with OPG and the Benitez family. Once Montoya finally finds his way back here, we'll have to talk about it.

Battle report,


Today while on patrol and looking for shippers to tax in Omaga 5 me and my wing man madre spotted on long range scanners a fleet of 5-6 Bushido ships in Sigma 13, we closely watched to see where they would go, once they entered Sigma 17 we new where they where heading.

I called all 3 brotherhood members to head back to Gamma and defend our home world at all cost!

Our intel was there would be 1 cap at least so i readied the Velasco and met Yanez and mandra in orbit of Crete, there was a coulpe of no aligned corsairs, Antubis global, just as we where getting ready to meet the Bushido in battle 2 SCRA pilots came to aid us in our defense.

A few minutes later we cough them on our sensors, the Velaso started to target what he thought would be a battleship but was suprise to see it was only a fighter, at this point the AW-B turned up in the rouge gunboat so i gave the order to fire on that target, i was giving it some hits from my primary turrets and kept him on his feet, at the same time the rest of the Bushido started targeting me in the Velasco, but i really wanted that gunboat kill, it was down to its last legs but i was also and i was destroyed moments later, as my life pod what being taken back to Crete i heard over comms that the AW gunship was destroyed moments after me by Antubis.

After that it was a fierce fight by the remanding fighters, they where picking of each other one by one, i wasn't there when the battle finished but i was told it seemed the Crete defense had the upper hand but just when it looked that way 2 Nova turned up and turned the tide of the battle.

Because Antubis killed the AW-D Vessel he claimed the 50 mill bounty Maniaco had placed on his head, i paid him it from the brotherhood bank later that night.
