phantoms are humans, who are given genetic and cybernetic enhancement by an alien race living outside of the sirius sector known as the C'tan. The C'tan were enemies of the daam k'vosh, and are trying to wipe out humans in the sirius sector so they can take over.

(And yes I know ther'ye technically Belgian, but it's the only country France can bully successfully, afterall French Fries were invented in Belgium!)

i would think that the introduction of new aliens is unlikely at best to be implemented.

i mentioned it earlier, but the more likely situation is that someone...namely my mad scientist i'm working on...(shameless plug).....genetically engineers a new species.

i think it introduces some new RP as opposed to the new alien race RP that's been done before here in Discovery.

i'm more than willing to RP such a thing with whoever is interested
