What does FR5 mean? I think it means "Faction Right 5", but that still doesn't really explain what it is. I've seen it used quite a bit around the forums since I hopped back on.

That's correct.
Faction Right 5, in short, permits an Official Faction to request that another player's reputation is adjuested by the Admins to be hostile to the respective faction.
For example, a trader ship caught terrorising other lawful ships in house space could be FR5'd in that house so that they can no longer dock in that house.
It's important to note that FR5 is not a sanction, and is intended as a RP response to a RP situation.
Shotgun = Firing all your hull guns (usually 2.0 Class 9 Guns or 2.0 Codenames) and MR at the same time causing massive damage if you hit your opponent. If you fly a Very Heavy Fighter and mount to maximum hull-damage firepower you can instakill any ship below the armour of an Eagle.
Sliding = Using a combination of engine-killing and thrusters to circle the opponent and firing at him/her at the same time.
Mine-Ramming = Ramming into an opponent with your ship and quickly fire a mine, if successful the opponent will take a mine-hit but you are prone to get hit yourself.

Awesome, thanks. Are there faction rights 1-4, or 6+? A thread with a full list? Heh.
