To Whom It many Concern:
I wish to purchase one of the Mjolnir class vessels. They are a
very interesting feat of technology and the combination ,firepower and agility, is great. You
probably need some background info on me, as i know you dont
sell your ships to whom ever.

I Grew Up on Planet New London, Im 20 years old. When I was younger I learned flying small ships, like a Arrow or a Crusader for example, to help my family to get money. Later, at that day my whole family were killed by Outcasts, i became an independent freelancer. First i went to Planet Erie with my new Starflier. There I was mining the Neon from the asteroid field, close to Erie. At that day, I had enogh money, I bought a big freighter. With this freighter I got a lot of money through transport missions, enough to buy a train. With this ship i earned over 300 Million Credits. Until the day before yesterday i searched a faction where I could begin with the revenge against the Outcasts. I found no faction but i found a way to take revenche. I became a Mercenary. I killed alot of Outcasts for a lot of money with a standard Civilain vessel. But that wasnt enogh. One ship which has got a lot of firepower, which isnt too big and not too slow. In the neuralnet i found the ship i would need. It was the Mjolnir SHF from the Rheinland Federal Police. To annihilate bigger Outcast forces this ship could cut through this forces very effectively. With a friend of me I would fly this ship as a Mercenary to protect pilots, whole convoys or innocent people in a case of emergency and bring the justice to the Outcasts who killed that thing in my life I am really missing. Because my friend Blue.Death was always there to support me I would appreciate when you would give him the permission too. He is staying with me at the moment and is a Mercenary too. Together we are able to complete all missions under the law.
I would be very grateful when you could enable this to me. That would mean a very significant part in the life, i have left.

Before saying something exact, I'd like to find out how granting this outstanding piece of Rheinland technology in hands of certain unknown shady and extremely selfish mercenary would help us, Rheinlanders? Trust me, none of us really care for some Hispanians faaar away from our Homeland. Oh, trust me.

Furthermore, your or your friends' names aren't avaiable, nor are recommendations from any goverment officials or military officers. We can't give out tech to random, possibly terrorists or outlaws. And definately outcasts from their own society.

Lastly, didn't you think about other alternatives? Civilian miner, of Mafic-class has high enough firepower. Enough to atomize any combatant in few seconds, if you apply its advantages right. Or what about Spatial deep space explorer? I heard that thing is quite hard stone to break... Or, lastly... Eagle class very heavy fighter? You're flying with friend anyway, so two Eagles are better then two bricks like Mjolnir is.

Well we have names. They arent only in the Neuralnet. My name is Johan Lennox and the name of my friend is Chris. Maybe you heard of them.
But there is a difference between a Mafic and the Mjolnir. The Mjolnir has more hardpoints, for example CD and SNAC, than a Spatial or Mafic. Thats because we really would need this vessel.
We were normal freelancers, lawful. We didnt participate in any unlawful actions before. My brother David.Lennox was in the Rheinland Military and so i know that the Rheinland fighters are nice piece of technology. Then we changed to Mercenaries. I hope you understand.

'Chris' doesn't tell me much, and your recent retirement ensures me about possible Libertonian blood in your veins.

Furthermore, how will RHEINLAND benefit from handling out their excellent (perhaps not handsome, but who cares!) brand-new technology to mercenaries without anything in background, usefull for Rheinland? You're going to hunt Outcasts: we don't really care, as they're murdered everywhere by everyone. You're loyal to Rheinland (according to your words, we have no proofs): we don't really care - that's good, but doesn't convince me of you being worthy for that.

We could be very usual for Rheinland with these ships. We could say that we will help your House more than others. I understand your point but because we dont like Liberty anyway we wouldnt visit their system very often. We could join the RFP to get the permission to fly that ship. But then we would loose our freedom to get everywhere in Sirius.
I hope you understand, that we wouldnt participate in any unlawful action or fall into the dependence of any other house. We would be very grateful if you give us the permission to fly these ships.
