PS: When posting your offers and such, please bear in mind that I already have a Hellfire Legion char, a Golden Chrysanthemum (indie) and an LWB (indie)... and that I can't really afford any ship, so, if I have to make an expensive char don't bother posting.:P

The Golden C. would be a good choice for officialdom if you're not looking to spend. Awesome company and role play, one of the most pleasant times on Disco was with them. Very supportive community for developing unique characters as well. The only drawback of it is in the lack of Kusari activity.

EDIT: Right, I don't think it really matters if you stay indy or not. There are hardly any restrictions and all you'd get from the leadership is support.

(Btw, why is there a thread like this every second day now? >_>)

Oh, there is activity. Gopnik ftw. But like I said, I want to try out something new. Reiko is my oldest Disco character. She's been around since 4.83.

EDIT: To answer your last point: I don't know?:PDidn't even notice. I'm just having a hard time deciding right now and I'm looking for something active and fun.
