Not to veer off-topic, but I'm pretty sure you can shoot Omicroners regardless of who you join. Angels, for example.

Been dealing with you guys on various characters for a while. Haven't done anything that's made me facepalm. So good job.

One thing.... could you invade Bretonia and the omegas more often in my time zone? I am getting tired of not having a target rich environment in my cruisers these days.

Bretonia.. Usually when I fight there with any unlawful char, that makes me facepalm. Reason is quite simple, people use to hug BS stations. However, we will probably move to Bretonia after 3 weeks. Or even later... Yeap, later. I like being in Rheinland, so far I haven't Q_Qd on RM because I haven't felt any gank stylish gameplay, neither cap spam. Also sails get in game more often these days.

I like Rheinland... Bretonia... meh... not my favorite place due to nothing ever going on except outside of Essex or Derby and basically what Karolis said.
