Mr Raven somehow managed to undo the FR5. He's been caught again, so can you adjust his reputation again, permanently this time?

Yes i also filed a report on this. All the FR5's are not working,they keep re-adjusting their reps somehow. Then sit at base,and speed dock OORP from Lawfuls.

urrr OORP i never oorp that is called bribs to up my rep again far as i know this is in role play area,,

further more to remined u that when im at manhattan with a cargo hold full of cardamine i could dock without u knowing , but sometime's i wait to last sec to dock ,,, cos to be honest now i could sneek around and never get seen with cardamine by flying high and just using jump hole's i do that a lots and never been seen that way,,

so i stay around manhattan just to have a little fun with the navy lpi or lfs and rub your noise in it just like the
THE RAVEN from the "poem" and to be fair i get shot at killed i leave then come back in 4 odd hours and do it again and some times i get away , but when i dock it cos i could of 20times over by the time people see whats in my hold but i do not see as oorp it cos most the time your lpi and navy buddy try to dock kill me but i do not screem off to admin about that i could but it called

I gave the evidence so you would be FR5'ed.
Do you know the rule that character's actions must conduct with reputation. And you cannot dock with a base when you are attacked by that faction character ( Yes, I bet Navy and Police counts as the same in this case ). So you breached the rules, but you were dealt inRP.

the point im making when i am just sitting there by the dock it cos im waiting for some one to turn up or no one would ever of know what i was doing if you seen me with cardamine or weed it cos i let you see me or i could get away with it any time i want , u seen me is cos i wanna get seen not cos found me on the spot

and i do not see it oorp if one can bribe a known corruped systems like the navy lfs,lpi ect this seem well with in Rp to me if i can get away with, i mean what is the point of having bribs if u can not use them,,,,

i put it to you to catch me in the act, not when i am less then a 1sec away from docking with a base or planet i call that too late for u and then if i stay im only do so to rub your noise in it for a little fun,,, and thats not oorp, in that to remind you again every time i been seen like this i am noise to noise with a mooring point then if you scan me a few odd mins later i still call that too late cos i could of dock before u got in scanner range i do it to BE the raven from the poem and let u know i about , not to remind you i have passed you meny times with 3000 odd units of cardamine by norlfolk shipyard using the trade lanes with 10 odd lfs,lpi,navy unit just sitting there i would call that oorp from you , meny time i have just sat there with this in my cargo hold and noone the wiser most of the time, damm i even sell the stuff of the main comms and tell you i am at manhattan ie a comm msg like this " i love manhattan and cardamine who wants cardamine i am at manhattan if you want any" so its not like i hide what i do it's that your all god damm too slow and never cover the jump hopes/gates to see who is comeing in too the system so do not blame me for oorp when u never had a chance in the first place to catch me i only even been seen with cardamine or weed in the 3000 unit range by lawfulls less then a 1sec away from a dock, some times will leave 3 or 4 units in my hold for a bit of fun , so why not try working with other units to cover jumphole's when man power is around , this will help you catch me and others and give you better Rp

With respect to those that have posted ->

You're getting around an FR5 which is pretty not cool and I will explain my point of view.

You point to Liberty's "corrupt" LSF/LPI/LN. If you are truly in character, simply bribing a bartender to speak to a lower lackey of the Liberty government in order to allow you docking rights once might work. However you are getting around FR5's multiple times and as such it is no longer in RP as you have been effectively been issued with a "kill on sight" warrant. No "bribe" is going to get you past that. You have run out of people to bribe.

Now you have to understand that the LN, LPI and LSF deal with multiple enemies on a daily basis. Rheinland, Hackers, Rogues, Outcasts, Nomads, Order, Hellfire Legion, Freelance Pirates.. The list goes on. We are not in the position to be everywhere at once. As such, a smuggler ID'd transport may get past us on occasion and if you did just shutup and accept your smuggling run victory - perfect. Broadcasting rubbish like "Come get some Cardimine" over system comms is - A) Admitting to a crime, therefore you are guilty of said crime and have had sentence passed (FR5) and B) Just plain stupid.

Sir - What you are doing is not in RP. Cardimine is to be smuggled, not to be thrown about on system comms freely. Your own post's have suggested you are not taking this from an RP point of view.

I will also give you some feedback sir - Most browsers now have a spell check option which can also correct your grammar. It is very hard to read your posts and decipher them correctly.

Apologises for posting in this thread, however the matter does concern me as I have been PM'd by said character on multiple occasions asking for a bleeding escort to Manhattan - which takes the biscuit as that is completely out of RP!
