My name's Tadashi Maruso and I've been thinking for a while about this.
But hey,here goes.

All in all,I've been training from a kid.
Firing weapons,flying ships,knowing how to fight hand to hand combat,using cold weapons and other not so cold ones.
I managed to prove myself to the Nova Power Generation and they accepted me in their ranks.
I was knows as Implosion then.Many corsairs suffered from my Red Catamaran.
It was good,for about an year.After that the sushi hit the fan.
Many of my brothers in arms disappeared.
Some of the dead,some of them gone.
But that was not the problem,I was finding it harder and harder to use lethal force on other Kusarians,I tried to avoid such cases,but I simply couldn't.
Until one day I decided to turn in.I had to give a lot of information only to keep my life.Information not about the Blood Dragons or their secrets.I just told them everything I know about Corsairs,Outcasts and other criminal elements.I provided ship schematics and statistics.
A tough choice,but better than just killing people just for the sake of it.
Anyways,I managed to keep my life,however,only after I serve five years in prison.Some people are happy about such a short stay,but I knew people don't like snitches.Even more,they hate them to their bones.
Those fire years were tough,people tried to kill on several occasions,and generally they failed.
When I got out,I was alone in the dark.No one for me,with my old brothers gunning for me.
I had to live in a shelter for homeless people on planet Honshu.
The food wasn't bad,I mean...
there's no such thing as bad rice,right?I just kept living my life,without taking away people's lives.
Until one day I decided to finally get me a job.
I looked here and there,and took couple a jobs on the planet.
Didn't worked that good,so I decided to just work on a freighter or something.
That's where the Guild comes in.
They hired my sorry behind.I had to maintain the engines of a Kujira,no big deal,since every blood dragon,former or not,knows of engines.
Another three months flew away like that,until the Kujira entered dry dock.Scrapping time had arrived.
And here am I again,living in a shelter,completely broke and looking for a job.

But of course we would be happy to take you in. We have old records providing evidence that some of our pilots have been saved by you during your past life. We are rather close knit but knowing that some of our brothers at arms are still alive because of you should help splendidly in getting you settled in. I certainly hope you wish to prove yourself within the ranks of our Paramilitary Division. Our space has been increasingly expanding in open space as well as in nebulae. While we are at the top of our game within the clouds almost half of our controlled space is outside of clouds now and additions to our fleet with insights on open space conflict will be invaluable.Well we'll get into all this soon enough as we get the paperwork out of the way.

Background:My family is very militaristic. At age 18 i was told to join the Kusari Navy by my father, right before he left on his tour of duty. I didnt tell him, but I refused and got a job at a resturant in New Tokyo, not as head chef or anything special, just a waiter. After my father returned, he found out and in his rage, disowned me. My Sister saw an opertunity and joined the Navy in my place, but I payed no heed to it. Since i was no longer allowed in my house I eventually decided to leave New Tokyo and pursue other interests. A month later I found myself at a freeport offering my services to scout a route for traders. A few metioned how the GMG was looking for recruits. I figured I knew my way around a trade route enough to consider it.
And that is why im here, I wish to join this guild.

Dispossessed and in need of a place, purpose and more importantly, profits? You heard right about GMG needing recruits. We are experiencing what seems to be a golden age of sorts due to an explosion in demand. Our harvesting developments have doubled to compensate for this demand brought on by a rising population and the outbreak of war. In fact we have even began the use of PoW labor on Miura to offset the personnel shortage we are currently experiencing.
Now I can understand your lack of desire to meet combat and I applaud this sentiment. I myself would prefer not to be engaged in combat. You'll find out here in the Sigmas that it can be quite a dangerous place and each time it is unexpected. Even our most common member has rudimentary training in combat while our own full time paramilitary are amongst the most highly trained and pilots using some of the best technology in Sirius. Background: I was raised on Honshu, into a political family. Although I wanted a faster paced life, something exciting. I soon enlisted in the Naval Forces at age 20. I soon realized, the Kusari government was...becoming...corrupt. The war with Bretonia greatly disturbed me, and I requested resignation. My resignation was turned down, and I was forced to make an issue of it. In a skirmish in Tau-31, I refused to fire on a Bretonian trader. I knew the action would get me discharged, if not imprisoned. Thankfully, The verdict was reached and I received a (dis)honorable discharge. My family disowned me, not wanting such shame brought upon them. Any chance of joining a large corporation like Samura was gone. So I come to you to beg for a position. I know your stand with Kusari, I hope you will not hold my dishonorable act against me. I have excellent piloting skill, and am willing to haul H-Fuel anywhere it needs to be. I can escort, protect, anything.

Our family never supported Kusari actual affairs and war with Bretonia, that's why I remained working for GMG, refusing to take sometimes more profitable jobs in Samura. Background: Well...I've been considered myself a loner ever since I arrived on New Tokyo..Been trying to hold down this job to keep myself going. I saw a GMG vessel dock nearby at the local spaceport and was fasinated by how well they functioned. So I talked to my boss and he told me to send an application here.

Born the son of a Kishiro transport pilot, it was already obvious what I was destined to be when I graduated from school. Following the family line of employment, I was quickly whisked into the job of helping crew my father's Drone before rising to command one of my own. It was destroyed two weeks ago and Kishiro decided it would be cheaper to terminate my employment rather than purchase a new fully equipped ship for a commander who had already seen one destroyed.

I'm just your average avionics student from New Tokyo. Many of the students in the area where I live took up the course, so I decided to follow suit. My mother was a homeowner, caring for my father, my three brothers, sister and myself. My father held a career as a mechanic in the Kusari Naval Forces, but despite this my application to the KNF was still declined for undisclosed reasons.

I hold no particular loyalties to Kusari despite the constant pressures from my upbringing, and with my rejection from their recruitment I decided to come to the GMG instead. Which is for the better I suppose, seeing as I'll get to see so much of Sirius under your employment.

I've had an education in the avionics of small craft and have also been taught how to pilot them to a standard good enough to survive in combat. My teacher's said I have a natural when using the "Supernova Antimatter Cannon" in a bomber I've grown accustomed to. At least in the simulations.
