Okay, it is finally available. Download from

http://discoverygc.com/files/Discovery.zip.flmod

No updates for 4.74 available because almost all Discovery files were modified. Get the complete version. You may update (if you have 4.74) without FLMM, via overwriting files in Freelancer game folder. Rename Discovery.zip.flmod into Discovery.zip, unzip and overwrite all files.

What's new

- New pilotable ships:
Luxury Liner
Prison Liner
Nomad Battleship
Nomad Gunboat
Executioner (Juni's Defender)
- Rheinland and Kusari battleships are now able to launch from planets
- New hitpoint values for all battleships - see the table below
- Battleship prices increased - 23-26 million credits more
- Capital ships have weaker missiles, but more powerful forward guns, flak cannons and slightly more powerful turrets
- New weapons: Nova torpedo launcher and Outcast "Inferno" Pulse Cannon
- Large train shield bug fixed
- Corrected HP amount for NPC transports and trains
- Nomad capital ships drop more, but they became more powerful
- Fixed infocards for all new ships
- Fixed HP for components of large ships, both pilotable and NPC
- Nomad thruster available for purchase
- Many minor changes and bugfixes
- Ioncross server datafiles included (see IONCROSS folder in mod root)

Several notes.

Atmosphere damage. As I promised this bug was removed. I had troubles with planet Kurile so I had to reduce damage there... for some reason it was not reduced but removed. All other planets should be fine.

Superweapons. Yet to be balanced (I need something to do for 4.76 right? :) ) But yes, they are all for torpedo slots so there won't be much abuse anyway.

Problem solved, reset my PC and downloaded the mod file again, works fine, must have just been currupted somehow.

Igiss , my rheinland battleship had problems undocking from planet Malta in Omicron Alpha. I actually appeared inside the planet and I clip through it. Only once I blew up, and the other times I just got severe hull damage.

downloading the new patch now....

Looks like you addressed the problem, now I only take a slight hit to the hull on take off from Malta....

Yes, the risk of sustaining some damage remains on low-sized planets like Hispania planets, Curacao, Junyo. But that's a drawback of having a good battleship.

I got a problem. I'm stuck inside Leiden Base, Galileo. I have a Large Train.

How do I get out?

The huge rear end of the large train is problematic on small bases I imagine....

I've had problems undocking a gunboat so you're probably screwed and might need a GM intervention.

I'm not sure if he's having the same problem, but i was stuck in frankfurt for a while a week ago. I made the mistake of parking my shiny new cruiser in some space station situated about 50 meters from a planet >_< . Time and time again it launched me on the planet side and i had to watch my beautiful new ship (ok maybe it's butt ugly but i still ike it) smash into a planet before the docking script let go. On the 8th or 9th try it let me out on the clear side.

So i spent the next 5 minutes unloading all of my ordinance into the base, disabling every turret on it several times over......
