"Right .." - He replied nervously. He slowly walked up to a shogun and said - "Kon..chi..wa honorable shogun , I came here to prove myself trustworthy to the Blood Dragons . Do you have any advice for me?" -He asked.
"Pardon me shogun" - He said as he steped back. "And to answer your question, I came here to strengthen my reputation with the Blood Dragons. Many of them see me as a threat and I want to prove them wrong. I wish to work for the Blood Dragons and support their cause as a gesture of good will."
Dato still looked unpleased, but he answered the newcomer with a polite tone.
"And why would a gaikokujin like you work for our cause? Did the Hogosha murder any of your relatives? Farmer's Alliance maybe? Or did Samura trick you with fortune and glory? If that's the case, I'd recommend you to stop wasting your time here and leave."

As Dato excused himself from participating in that conversatin, Ryuu Noboru adressed the guest:
"You mentioned something about 'working' for us - how exactly do you picture yourself working for us? What kind of help can you offer to us?"
"And it would be very helpful to know what kind of 'work' you usually do..."
"Well Im offering my pilot skills I will support your Members when needed and help you in your cause, take the bounties that you offer . Now you're asking yourself why? Well in exchange for my support I would like to use some of your advanced weaponry if thats not a problem.."

Kell turned to the Dragon
"I thank you for our time" Kell began.
"As you know, there has been increased activity in Kusari, my own sources confirm the presence of a Kusari Naval Forces Flotilla operating out of Tekagi's Arch" Kell Paused a moment "As you know, that area has a rather troubling history, and as such, it is of great concern to myself, and the High Command, now i do not represent the High Command, but the Intelligence branch, of which i am Director, as such, I wish to place a fighter wing, Codenamed Wraith, to watch over the area and provide a rapid reaction force for us to deal with any threats from the Kusari side." Kell continued.
"I wish to station this force out of Sendai Research Complex in Okinawa, in addition to moving our researchers there and some of our command staff, as I hold yourselves in high regard, and would trust no other group with their safety." Kell Finished.
"I give you my word, if you allow this, our presence will be kept to a minimum, with only Wraith, and possibly a gunboat on station, to deal with capital threats and provide fire support." Kell stated, looking at the dragon and waiting for a reply.
