You don't jump into fight when it does not involve you. It was Oucast Sabre vs 2 [LN] low ranked members. (in the very end it was)
And as I said, we had ~7 guns per two ships on Sabre and I DID told the Phantom about the how it started. He still started shooting.

We jump into whatever fight we want to jump into. Whether or not it is correct to our RP is what dictates that. There is no honor among thieves, especially not in Liberty. 1v2 does not sound even and it is high on our agenda to step in to help other unlawfuls.

Depending on how exactly it happened, we may or may not be able to solidly say we can do something about making the next encounter. Like I said, more details would be nice, like what those 2 lines of RP were about, who the grudge was against, and then what happened afterward including the purported OoRP details. More detail helps, and though it might be frustrating about what happened now, helping us understand what part is most upsetting and what part is not kosher to both of us can help both of us a lot. I'd like to help, but in all honesty I don't really know what went on so I can't say what went wrong.

Is what was said in the Phantom HC chat, and which I stand behind as the Phantom in question. I'll address the "ganking"... I called everything else off you and gave you a one-on-one shot. Told the cruiser to stop shooting, Joker sided with me and did that as well. You're the one who brought in another [LN], leading the Joker Thug to jump in as well. We started the fight with full nanobots, both. If you really want to be an undercover LSF agent, the best way would be to go with a Freelancer ID too. It was a rush, snap decision (combat going on, I saw the ID and didn't even bother at looking at your guns or anything else), so I pounced. I was there to talk to the Joker, not pour a paragraph of RP into a ship that was fighting. And a ship that had just blown up a ship that was on "my side" (supposedly, didn't see who you killed).

But all of that aside, I don't see a need to justify myself. My goal was getting to the Joker with no hostiles around, you were obviously impeding that goal. You could've had a Freelancer ID, I would have still jumped into the fight and blown you up.
Thank you, it's good to get some positive feedback with the negative as well.
1. If combat is taking place, don't expect people to pour paragraphs of RP in before jumping in.
2. Likely, he didn't know how the fight started out and was acting with incorrect information (all he could know was what he saw, esp. if the kill messages were all "killed by whatever error" for mine kills.
3. That would depend on the character. Maybe Bane has a grudge on all of the people in your faction?

If you can provide evidence of the encounter and provide specific proof of misconduct, action would be considered.

This is not that high grade rp i was expecting from phantom ™ elite ™ invite only ™ faction, oh i see your ID now i engage? No matter what.
At least you not posted that metagame crap into MD.
ID is OORP thing and it was mentioned by administration itself. But still, indi players are better with it then even officials, because since start i had a problem only with official factions about my style of LSF rp. Shame to see phantoms along those because i had much more better experience in past with Gentel and other phantoms.

I disappointed.

I felt like helping a little by marking the parts that conflict.

While I (yet) always enjoyed having Phantoms around me (and i still want my eagle painted black) I though can understand how awful one must feel after being killed by a phantom. I once was a victim aswell.

But..
Do you cry at the Outcast feedback thread when being killed in Tau-23 while mining?
Do you cry at the Liberty Police INC feedback thread after being caught smuggling and killed?
Do you cry at the Rogue feedback thread after being pirated?
Do you cry at the Zoner feedback thread after not being shot at?

See, the phantoms have a role that you may or may not like.
Still, they play their role. And if they don't like to, they don't need to talk with you, AT ALL.
Though they tried to Rp with you (marked text above) you're upset because they "just want to pew". You even complain because they "failed".

Sounds just wrong.
Phantoms are invite only, because they don't want to have those around who "just want to pew pew".
Don't complain. Play along, or don't.

all i meant was how can he possible think i can kill another miner with mining turrets (THOUGH) he helped me, but it wasnt completed..

I believe you missed out the part that i had a Molly Gunboat kicking my ass:)yes, it's me who tries to get miners to shoot each other. I am there to spread fear and confusion, and getting folks to shoot each other instead of me is a part of that.
No, i didnt think you could kill another miner with mining turrets, but if i helped, and there wasnt a gunboat shooting missles at me constantly:), he would have went down. You would have got his cargo and the confusion spreads.
That is my aim.

I'm only human, as are all of us. Maybe it wasn't the ideal situation? For you, obviously it wasn't. But that's life, as it is RP. I had an objective, and I obtained it; you didn't. Life moves along.

(And the MD post was my way of apologizing for the 'metagaming', as I said I'm only human, but the rest of it I don't apologize for).
