Undercover stuff has plenty of problems to conduct:

1) You need approval of leader of faction you're going to infiltrate. (right, you can use generic IDs for free).
2) Undercover stuff requires mostly forum RP and is rather useful only for events.
3) Undercover stuff is rarely enjoyful, as people usually ignore it, so noone gets anything.
4) Motivation isn't existant all the time. So person can start mission and later abadon it, because he's too lazy / busy / demotivated to continue it.

Unlike BAF, this faction is more oriented on individual targets and other, less important (or more elite) tasks. They're ensuring alien-freedom of Bretonia, develop new equipment (this requires dev approval and forum RP mostly...), infiltrate, terminate individual important targets, etc.

Oh, and those use GBs. To be honest I don't like MI5 caps at all, as I don't see point in them atm.

I had an intel-RP with BAF people over a year ago around a remote system as Order| with escorts etc. It was a GREAT RP and I would love to see more of such things.
