In the situation you described, you didn't violate any Rheinland state laws or server rules. You had perfect rights, inRP and server rules-wise, to travel through Rheinland as a member of a Liberty corporation.
You can report (complaint, RP) the RFP who did that to you though.

It isn't harsh, its role play. The player likely won't get into any trouble unless he was being a dick, his character might get into trouble though, which is part of role play. It would give the RFP interaction too. Which isn't a bad thing I don't think.
The things they have said before all seem valid. This is just a side note - In Cryer| if we go through Rheinland it is off the lanes - It's like smuggling territory only. Though it doesn't often happen: I expect trouble from the law if I end up there. Mostly, Rm and RFP and fine with it though. Either way, try not be seen, we try not to be seen, Coz Cryer| pay their corporate taxes to liberty and all that.
