Amazing texture when the caramel is a bit harder than usual.

It's better in the Roll though, when you buy a block the caramel is too runny.

Ping is not the real issues..The real issue is when Europeans Download or upload torrent's during fight's.
The way to be sure they are doin' this is Ping them when they are just chillin' and RPing..there ping, lag etc will be very low and 0% lag etc....As soon as they get into a fight it magically go's up and start zipping acroos the screen.

IMO it is cheating and unfair play..but can never be proven and will always happen on the server...You cannot help if children want to cheat just so they don't die and dent their little ego. Q_Q.

This actually happens to me without me intervening in any way. It's as annoying for me as it is for anyone else.

Ping shouldn't be restricted.

Lag and Loss are already capped, so I don't think anything needs to change.
