If a ship is caught carrying said illegal cargo, disobeys order to drop it and then attempts to flee/destroy the officer. After doing this, they then give up when almost destroyed, does this warrant the "requires the original fine paid and an addtional requirement determinated by..." clause? Is the doubling of the fine an adequate punishment for doing so?

Surely he will pay more, but it is very high possibility he will be added to list of criminals. Such act is clearly showing that he gives up only because he cant win / run. And doing it in last moment, doesnt show his good intentions and will to cooperate.

So, double fine plus adding him to criminal list is adequate punishment I would say.

Updated again.

Added a line about Junkers.

ALG is now authorized to transport Nuclear Devices through Kusari.

You should ask admins about it, in my opinion do what you want.

About that Junker thing: what is the reason behind? What happened in-RP that caused it?

' Wrote:The laws weren't writen for people to find cheap loopholes.
So why did you put a cheap loophole in it? ;-D

Feel free to PM me regarding any grammar/spelling/other language mistakes I have made in my posts.

Now that we're kill on sight as per Zelot's orders, I demand to have you lot allow us to cause havoc on Kusarian shipping.

Unlike the Hogosha pirating a lane away from sell points, we'll be pirating a lane away from buy points. Makes sense, yes?

You can demand all you want, but in the end this is an Admin/ID-related issue, I suggest you take it up with them. Although personally, I really hope you can start pirating in Kusari Space. It would make my job ten times easier than having to deal with GMG politics.

And I believe some of your guys have already started in Sigma-13 which is pretty close to Kusari. Should the Admins deny you, you can always conduct strikes in the Sigmas and the nearby Taus. Afterall, Kusari shipments must pass these places.

The kill-order on Junkers have from what I know, existed since a long time back, it's only now that they have decided to make it look more official by placing it under the Kusari Laws, as to avoid any further arguments. That's not a loophole they created, it's merely make something written, which has existed informally for months at the very least.

Finally, believe me when I say, this decision was not solely on Zelot and his corresponding Kusari-character.

It's ok, I don't mind playing the boogie man. Thing is, this hasn't changed the status quo at all.

Before: Junkers red to Kusari, shoved out, and killed if there is hesitation.
After: Junkers red to Kusari, shoved out, and killed if there is hesitation.

Whats the difference?

It's now writen on stone (bow)

@Andrzej: It's not a cheap loophole, it's to warn players with junker characters what's going to happen to them when they enter kusari, it's not a new law, it's been like this for a long time, just that it's only now writen.

@Snoozzzer: Read two posts above yours.

A bit more constructive feedback. Compare:

Any Bretonia corporation (ID or IFF) vessel found inside Kusari Space or the Tau Sector will be subject to cargo confiscation and escorted to the nearest exit.
Upon refusal to cooperate they will be considered hostile targets.

with

Any junker (ID or IFF) vessel found inside Kusari Space or the Tau Sector will be subject to deportation, cargo interdiction or destruction, depending on the situation.

Was it done on purpose? The thing when encountering Bretonian corporations KSP/KNF officer is obliged to follow some fixed procedure (cooperation -> kick him out; resistance -> pew pew) while a Junker can act as he wish?
(If it's on purpose - ok. But it does not looke like.)
Also, a all cases of possible cargo interdiction are kind of already covered by other paragraphs.

The export of the following products from Kusari to Liberty, Galileo or Kepler
- Liberty ("Laws of Liberty") says that both Galileo and Kepler are part of Liberty, so it is unncessary.:)

Any military ship with Bretonia Armed Forces affiliation (ID or IFF) may be engaged without warning.
- "will be destroyed" suits Kusari better.

NO "Private police forces" are recognized, condoned, nor desired.
- Hogosha?
(I'll start a Hoggie char soon, need clarification if escoring Samura vessels is ok).

Feel free to PM me regarding any grammar/spelling/other language mistakes I have made in my posts.
