Have to agree with all that Jinx mentioned.

@Yuri Neova and many others: Cut off that stupid Hitler/Stalin blabla. Can't hear/read it anymore. This is a game and far away from that serious theme.

If you want, go for Churchill. His attitude was: Democracy is one of the worst forms of government, but there isn't something better i know.

My vote is very torn on this issue and I am going to go ahead and explain why.

Reasons I would vote YES
Hoodlum can be very level headed, and despite any personal differences we have had in the past, he does have the ability to look past them and assist another player.

Reasons I would vote NO
Though he has the ability to administrate (as I've seen him demonstrate in the past as a regular member..) I think he as of current lacks the discipline to perform the duties.

At times Hoodlum can be borderline insulting to his fellow members and sometimes uses little to no tact when discussing things with someone who he has opposite views of a situation with.

Overall Opinion
I think that Hoodlum should be given a chance to be an administrator on the server as I know he has the ability to do a good job. But I personally think he should be on a one-month trial, then a vote would be re-convened at the end of his one month trial.

Without a "trial period" my vote would most definitely be a no due to the negative reasons I listed. Now should the trial be present and he demonstrates that he has gone beyond those traits, my vote would most definitely be a yes.

For now, I am withholding my vote (as if it would really make a difference with the landslide.)

I agree with DO that he should be given a 1 month trial period, I did vote no, however it is true that he has the skills to be an administrator.
