Greetings to all captains viewing this document. First of all I would like to say that I thank you for choosing to fly for the Liberty Navy, we are honored to have such men and women who want to serve their country by flying with the Liberty Navy as a capital ship captain.
Flying a Liberty Navy ship is not for everyone, it is only for those that are willing to put in the hard work it takes to be able to withstand attacks form groups such as: Outcasts, Lane Hacker, Liberty Rogues, Xenos, and the Rhienland Military. Going up against anyone of these groups is a challenge even for the best pilots. Some of your new duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Standard systems patrols (New York, Texas, Colorado, California, Yukon, New Hampshire, System ****, Ontario, and any Liberty border world).
  
• Taking out pirate gunboats and plus (gunboats,cruiser,battleships), we do not except our capital fleet to be attacking fighters.
  
• Escorting certain ships when needed
  

As well, a Naval ship captains must obey orders given by members of Primary Fleet.

Now Please read the following law:
This is for all pilots flying a warship such as: Liberty Dreadnaught, Liberty Assault Carrier, Liberty Battlecruiser, and the Liberty Siege Cruiser. Capitans flying the Liberty Gunboat as well may notify the Liberty Navy of the presence by uploading the information here (it Is not necessary to do this if piloting a Liberty Gunboat).

The following is an order from Fleet Adrimal David Hale himslef:
***Please note, if your ships is not on this Registry you are to contact the Navy via this comm. Any ship not on this Registry will be asked to apply and to limit the patrols until this is meet.***

• It is mandatory that all ships have the above information uploaded to the Registry (to the specs of their ship). A captain may also include other information of their choosing, but without this information the Registry can't be fully up to date.
  

After you ship has been officially added to the Registry you will be given a "Primary Duty". The primary duty is what is excepted out of your ship, such as (but not limited to): Guarding Zone 21, Protecting Liberty traders in the California system, protect the borders of Liberty.An order from a primary fleet member will override you current duty

All Captains of Liberty Navy vessels are reasonable to upload your ships information onto this database. You may be told by a member of the Primary Fleet to upload this information if you name or ships name is not on the database.
Once again, all ship captains must upload your information now. Ships listed above do not need to upload any information unless some ship information has changed.
