Universe Chat

I've enabled universe chat for those players (all characters on account):

Angel
Dab
Kane
Korrd
Lancer
Titus
And of course Wolfpack.

The list includes only major faction leaders, I also included Wolfpack as server hoster and co-admin. Those people need to post messenges for everyone - about faction events, server status, maybe recruiting, etc. I'm not intended to add more accounts in the near future.

To use universe chat, type /u before message in any chatting mode. All players present on server at this time will see your message. Do not abuse your right - use universe chat only if needed, never post anything insulting and inappropriate; if I will get reports of abuse, your chatting rights will be removed immediately.

What about the Random Bounty Network? It would be useful for me to be able to remind people of the "rabbits" bounty. Therefore, allowing for fun in this.
