I'm sure you have heard of the refugee scandal. Believe what you may, whether this was a simple setup to try throw dirt at the Kusari House (which we had already figured out before the strike - and results of that anticipation are on the makings), or that the Kempeitai are murderers, the situation in the Sigma-13 system remains the same. Furthermore, at this point, despite our differences, we have both a common enemy in said system and you my friend, have also a few Junkers you need to yell at.
Before I start, remember who caused these problems in the first place:
We have received reports from the DHC about recent Molly vessels being found in the Sigma-13 system. These are no mere Fighters or Bombers, I'm talking about large war-vessels of Gunboat and Destroyer classes.
We received further data about this recent issue, sourcing both from our own agency as well as from an independent Bounty Hunter. Both sets of files are being re-directed to your HQ as we speak.
I have given you access to Transmission X-140-NLT. All files which were found within there were sent directly to the Kempeitai and is now available to you as well.
It is clear that these Molly Criminals were sent there on behalf of the Junker Congress. It is not surprising given the official statement by a Junker Congress member in the highly traffic Sirius Wide Communications Transmission regarding the refugee scandal:

Additionally, they are basing off the Yanagi Depot. All leads points at the Junker Congress, they are responsible for bringing this latest Molly armada. Causing problems for everyone in the system and all passing individuals.

You have kept me informed of your investigations right from the beginning with the Kishiro and Samura ships being shot down in Sigma-13, to the Refugee Pinata Debacle, to now revealing that GMG does indeed have a military threat within it's space. Up until now we have been fine with stepping back and allowing KPT investigate and handle this matter of Junker piracy from Yanagi, but at this point we feel we will have to intercede. The revealing of Destroyer Class ships operating in our space for the purposes of combat is not something we can afford to ignore, no matter what the motivations are behind it. As I was clear to Kusari about not wanting any Kusari military ships and operations in our space I also do not wish to see the same come from the Yanagi Junkers and their allies.
The Junkers were not supposed to step out of hand when we reluctantly agreed to their presence in the Yanagi Debris field. Indeed this is not the first time this kinda thing has happened either. Last occurance was just a little over two years ago when Yanagi became one of the major pirate centers in Sirius. It reached a point where it required us to mount a full scale operation that took several months and ended with the routing of all combat unlawfuls and putting the Junkers back to work. Many in GMG have long shouted for the removal of Yanagi because of this reoccuring potential for being a hotbed of piracy and terrorism and I'm afraid that this debate will continue for long time yet to come. Still for now we are in agreement that GMG and KPT should work together to remove these gaijin warships from the Sigmas and to pacify the Yanagi Junkers back into cleaning up the Yanagi mess.
