Your arguments surround NPC Patrols, RP-based "criminal friends of Junkers" whom have yet to reveal themselves in a concrete manner, Stations "catching information" and private communications that have remained undisclosed since the first post about this issue. In other words, you haven't provided anything. Your reluctance to accept that you have power/meta-gamed just makes this issue that more serious.

I'm telling you now, we have friends everywhere, who talk to us constantly. We hear about what is going on through people telling us long before any of it ever reaches the forum. We get so much that we'd have to use fraps video to record every last bit of the evidence you 'want' before you'd ever accept it.
Unfortunately it's quite clear that you cannot see beyond your irrational, seething hatred towards our faction to admit that you're wrong, that we haven't meta'd, that we couldn't possibly have picked up any of this information without poking our noses into secure channels.

You're just an angry kid who refuses to accept that you're wrong and are right now simply trying to twist and flip the issues at everyone who tries to point it out.

I'm going to ignore your "kid comment" in a desperate attempt to build your case.

Fact of the matter is, the red-marked text in conjunction with the message-dump issue shows that two or more members of this faction are utilizing undisclosed information transferred through communications-threads and then using that same information to form arguments in a Role-Play arena. In other words: Metagaming.

There is a forum rule about this:

2. If a transmission is not directed at you, or it is made clear that you are not a party to the communication, don't post in it.

3. If a transmission is not directed at your characters, your characters should not know about it.

Would you care to explain how it is that the Junkers got access to secure comms between the KPT and the Rheinland Military High Command? Which of your criminal world contacts told you about that? Hmmm?

Obviously you are having trouble understanding:

Information. From. Communications Threads. That. Your. Character. Has. No. Access. To. Cannot. Be. Used. In. Other. Role-Play designated threads.

The red-marked says plainly, and clearly that you had "intercepted KPT communications" and then talk about the exact contexts of those threads.

Might be enough to get the alarm bells ringing, but that's not even close to what he said. He said that the Junkers had intercepted messages between the KPT and the RM high command. That is much different than, "Oh, we saw you guys in the same place" Not even close to the same. Mr. Owen, your answer is one of trying to explain away a bad deed after the fact. Yes if it had been done in the way you said, it would not have been a problem, but it wasn't, and instead the players in question choose to metagame to make their position seem stronger.

As for them supposedly saying things about the congress - dood. Kusari accuses Junkers of piracy with zero proof. What enables you to make up bull like that, and not us?

Kusari accuses Junkers of piracy due to -this-. It would be pretty damn logical that your organization are committing piracy if one of your members says that any passing Kusari transport will be destroyed/cargo interdicted.

Your link shows absolutely nothing about how you, your characters gained information about the Scylla claiming to be fighting in the name of the Congress to the enemy. But as I said, at this point its about that comm message which I'm so happy to hear you are defending as it just proves my point of how you people remain so arrogant to believe that your characters can access comm threads which are not addressed to you and then use the information contained within for your own ends, in Role-Play.

Seriously, can you guys do anything without metagamming? You know, I dont like complaining about this stuff, but at this point it seems that the Junnkers Congress official faction stance is that they have access to every message in the comm channel. No, the Junkers cannot just intercept communications between Kusari and Rheinland, no more than the Kusari can intercept communications between the Junkers and the Outcasts. It really seems that it is becoming a big problem.

So, how bout you guys explain to me how a little birdy told you about highly encrypted communications between the KPT and the Rheinland military high command? Or are you just going to admit that you read a comm in the comm channel that, in character, you didnt have accsess to, and used it to make a point. It's called metagamming and it would be nice if you all would man up and admit it.

Zelot made a pretty solid point here. I, for one, would doubtless find the answer fascinating. I imagine that others would as well. As it addresses the core of the matter it might be a good one to tackle.

Also, get bent everyone, as that seems to be the cool thing to finish posts with now. Wouldn't want to fall behind trends.
