Looking somewhat distant in his dark room, Hank Kapinos sat contemplating the latest issue in his mind. He'd been reading the report about Logan Willows. Logan Willows, the scourge of freakin' Liberty. A disappointment to the Navy. Brother in arms turned hostile, turned maniac. A long time had passed but, yet it was still clear as day that Logan was a traitor. A scumbag. He'd never be anything else.

While not the best of friends, brothers only in the ranks and files of the Navy, Hank still took the thing seriously. It begs the question why he had not acted sooner. He wished he had. He could have seen the signs, pull the trigger before it was too late. People like Logan do not deserve imprisonment. Act like a dog, be put down like a dog.

Hank slowly spun around a pencil he had laying around. "How'd he get loose? A clever son of a b*** that's for sure..." he mumbled to himself. The terminal, standing not far from his desk gave him an idea.
