Got the cruiser out for the weekly systems check, undocked, and immediately caught a bogey on my hud.
Bugger me if he doesn't go past in cruise, and dock on Malta, with his IFF squawking Police and his ident
showing Rheinland Military. Not a happy Bunny.
So he undocks, and leads me a merry chase round Alpha, till one minor error on his part left his ship a
smoking ball of wreckage in the Siniestre Cloud. I suspect hes Nomad fodder now.
Be sending a tongue in cheek memo to the RM asking them if they know what their boys do on their days off.
Called himself a 'Star' ... My ass.
Worse thing is the bloody BSG snuck quietly through without a bye-your-leave while I was chasing. Typical
Corsair lovers eh.

Well then, seems the population of Corsairs and Police have sky rocketed as of late. I was onboard the Alhambra doing an inspection of the weaponry, when an Ximen sent a distress call from Planet Malta. A Corsair Cruiser was attacking one of our fight But by the time the Alhambra was fit for battle, the Corsair Cruiser was destroyed by Epigoni Destroyer.

Everything seemed to quiet down once again, until a Police battlestar was detected at Ibiza Station. The Alhambra engaged and brought his life lines down to half. The Epigoni destroyer came in to range and engaged as well. To confused to pick a target, the battlestar was decimated by our firepower.

The Alhambra is currently in dock getting the measly scratches removed caused by the Battlestar.

Well done gentlemen, drinks as usual on my tab. Bit worrying to find a police and a Corsair ship there at the
same time, and them not firing on each other ... Have to watch out for more odd behaviour in the future.
Mind you the police have been finding short shift up here with their behaviour problems recently, and will
continue to do so if I have anything to do with it.
The 101st will always try to assist our brothers and sisters in the Epigoni and The Reaper Squadron whenever
we can. Alpha will remain unsullied by the unbelievers.

I was fired upon by several of your pilots to day. While I can understand and sympathise with their reason, I am still displeased by the events that transpired. Regardless of my feelings, your pilots and to be commended for their alertness, brutality, persistence and perseverance. While unable to disable my vessel, they tried mightily.

However, I am displeased of the conduct of your officers regarding honourable combat. No warning or request for an explanation was given and they ignored both my requests for the pilots concerned to cease fire. That aside, I would still make a request of you.

I wish to perform duties to the Outcasts and their allies, as I have done before. However, as you can appreciate this is difficult while I am being engaged by your pilots. While it is true that I have worked both with and for the Corsairs I have no true connection with them, other than that they don't fire upon me.

For your records, at the time of the engagement with your pilots. I was commanding a Kusari Destroyer, which has since been replaced with another ship, under a Pirate ID and a Corsair IFF signal.

I await your response.

Seems these days there are a bunch of pirates round here under the mis-apprehension that flying with a piece
of paperwork that says they flit with wrong side of the law gives them the right to go where ever they want and
claim immunity from any other lawless faction.
So in respect of this little glitch in your status, anyone who's IFF is squawking the wrong shade of red,

Sorry to whom may I be speaking. You've neither Identified your rank nor you position wihin the structure of the [101st] Outcast Guard. Are you an officer, are you the CO of the squadron, or are you mearly a pilot?

In response to your message however, I am disappointed that you would not give a man a chance to prove his solidarity. What would have me do to prove that I am trust worthy, or would you simply spit in my face? I am well aware of the bloody history between the Outcasts and the Corsairs. Including the more recent attack that you have launched upon one-anothers territories. I myself have defend Omicron Gamma from Outcast attacks, for no more reason than I was protecting my investments planet-side. This I will not hide from you.

I have never fired upon an Outcast pilot other than in self-defence. Even then, I did not fire upon the [101st] ship during this most recent engagement in, an apparently futile attempt, to prove my non-hostility.

So, Mr. Marron, what would have me do to prove my worth of walking the streets and corridor of the Outcasts homeworld?

So I presume someone is listening in somewhere. My Rank would currently be Commander, but only due to
the fact that some mug has to do the paperwork round here.
Solidarity in my book old chap, comes from tuning up in Alpha, wearing the correct uniform, and not claiming
to be something else. I'm pretty damn tired of hearing the old chestnut ... "Oh I'm a pirate, you can't shoot
me." Doesn't do it for me, I'm an Outcast and in this bit of space I sort of call the shots.
Well welcome to the real world everyone listening, WE can and WE will shoot ya if your colours show as red.
'Pirate' don't float our boat round here, especially those with a cherry hue to the ship.
So sort it and maybe some conversation can take place, till then, any other comms will be bounced back to
the sender. This is for 'genuine' people fully connected to the Outcasts.

Funny thing I must say when the BSG attack Alpha. Brining not one, but 2 battlestars with their wing of Fighters and Bombers. Miguel sent the distress call out while I was on board the Alhambra. After I received I set the crew ready for battle.. After decloaking, the 2 Battlestars, 2 Fighters, and Bomber were outside. The Browning, The Fantasia, and the RoS outsiding forcing them back. The Warhammer was our first order of business, his shields ripped off quickly, and his hull decimated in nothing. He initiated his Nanobots tech and Shield energy, and as did I. Until the final blast from the Fantasia destroyed his ship.

The Pride of Kobal next on our agenda, with our fire power his shields were removed in seconds. And with his hull weaker then the Warhammer's, he was destroyed. 2 fighters and a bomber left. The Alhambra turret men locked on to his Taiidan and fired removing his shield and hull, though to slow for his re gens... A message came over comm, the Alhambra's hull was to weak to bare with. I didn't want to lose the crew in death to these IMG scum, the Alhambra pulled out to Ibiza station. Just as we got out of range, Miguel yelled over comms "Haha! Ares down!". It continued, 2 Vipers left... "Epholl down!"... One, "Thor's gone... Malta's clear".

The Alhambra is currently in dry dock undergoing repairs and should be fully operational within the next few days.
