I noticed it too- flying around the lines to hunt, reaching Newark- 20 people stay there and chill, coming back 10 min later - 30 people sitting there and chill.

Might we a large factor but not just Freelancers, there are many mismatched ID's/IFF's and odd ship combinations many with little attempted RP, for example. 4 different Zoner dreads and a BHG Core BattleCruiser in two hours the other day.

A "no loitering" policy in regards to Liberty would work wonders for player distribution in general. In fact I was of the belief that that was one of the oorp-reasons for having the HF. They (edit: the base-huggers) always quick-dock when outnumbered/outmatched. And when they arent, thet always gank. I have been ganked by the Manhattan-huggers for carrying 5 units of cardi (and having a general disrespect for authorities) - 6 VHF's vs my bulldog heavy fighter. Pfft.

I've been working tons lately. I've had time to pop on skype a few times and fly a bit over the last couple of days, and I'll have way more free time over the coming two weeks. I'll start trying to make things happen and find stuff for people to do.
