Hands down, the Hacker GS needs SOME kind of buff.
I've flown one for...geez, probably close to a year now. Shield goes down, you pour all of your bats into it and it's only about 3/4ths full.
Power core's tiny, and it severely punishes you if you miss a shot.
It also has eight or so holes in the model. Hitbox is a bit on the large side too, if my last encounter with fighters and bombers is any indication.

We could just say that the Hackers, in RP, are more interested in stealing corporate data than fighting.
So their ships suck because they have computers in them.
Which makes no sense at all, since they'd have access to all but the newest blueprints and designer notes, besides the fact that they'd leave all the important servers and data processing on either a base or a Spyglass.

Dev team is Ageira ? Or they got pirated too much times ?
The Hacker GS is something of a niche ship. It's okay when used right, but the circumstances TO use it right aren't exactly common.
It's more of a gunboat duelist and anti capital support that hangs at range, and will get torn up by anything smaller than it, as opposed to the Tridente and LRGB which actually stand a chance against smalls.
The Broadsword however, def. needs a buff. The Falcata is superior to it in every way imagineable. What would be really nice is for it to get a heavy plant for cap busting but to keep the light armor. Something to make it unique from the Barghest, but still useful within Liberty.

True, it's basically like somewhat a strange huge bomber unit. I started testing razor/pulse combination. I guess instakill snubs or be a support when fighting something big.

This is actually great idea. Even if he would had heavy power plant it would be fragile and easier to kill. But not sure in terms of heavy powerplant / agility
Five basics and a missile spells doom for any individual snub. The maneuverability gives you a pretty decent chance for running away from heavier ships.
