Yesterday I caught three cardamine smugglers near California Minor. Obviously they refused to drop the cargo and I was forced to open fire. Since I could not stop them all, I picked the vessel with the biggest cargo hold, destroyed it and annihilated remains.




Also during yesterday's field tests of our new Magma Hammers we caught and destroyed Outcast gunboat pirating a lane between planet Mojave and New York.

A few traders run into some rogues not far from New York jumpgates in California. I got the bomber (yeah, trader also provided some support, although it wasnt needed that much), and left enemy fighter to LN ships, that came afterwards.

Circumstances: 3 sandwiches today. First 2 Rogues I met on the Mojave --> New York lane. Near the end of our engagement, the Barghest actually tried to pirate a Hegemon right in front of two [LN] officers. Weird thing. The helped me finish the Barghest, but then the Werewolf ran into the Sierra Ice Field. I took him down there.

The Xeno was mighty strange. He ran right into the sun. Told me to find other troubles. Popped like a balloon. I almost feel bad. It's okay, though, he's covering the bill tonight.

Circumstances: Mid way through our hunt, we came across a Freelancer controlled pirate ship Guybrush.Worley and a Border world Freelancer pilot, David.Taylor in a lane disruption formation, one on either side of the lane. They did disrupt us to their surprise. I asked them as nice as I could, really, to drop their Bounty hunters and the liberty pilots, they really weren'€™t in the mood too. Eventually the Freelancer Pirate transport got antsy and thought my gunship sitting around was a good target and started opening fire on me. Well that pretty much did it. A liberty fighter came into the picture and the scuffle ensued. Both the pirate ship and assisting pirate freelancer fighter were destroyed.

He a the silent type, but he led me on a merry chase around Norfolk until he figured out that his docking clearences had been revoked, then died on his way to the lane.
