I don't say this to poke fun in any way, shape or form 'cause I know that life simply is what it is, but I have to take notice of how in a pinch when modern infrastructure can't be relied upon, that old-school tech like that can still be posted on the net worldwide in the blink of an eye.

I mean, for the time being, ya gotta poop in a bucket & can't flush with the pull of a lever, but yet you can still show the world with the push of a button.

How can you explain something like that later to those that never experienced it?

Your carpentry skills are really shown off with the installation of grass.
No dunny should be without it.

On a brighter side, considering you're on the forum Cannon, I must assume most your power grid was located above ground...?

Yeah in our area it is...but 60% of the city still doesn't have power or water

They're saying that they're will be around 200 dead by the time they find them all. A lot of people were crushed in about 4 buildings that collapsed. This is a small city; everybody is bound to know somebody who's died (i do).

Tomorrow's project is a soak pit for waste water from the shower. I stink.

Are you related to any romanian? Because we have the "ability" to make fun in situations like that:P

Kudos

(Oh and... I saw on the local news that a romanian woman is missing. She was a teacher at a school over there)
