Duke, in regards to the gentleman's rule I'd only ask you form your own opinions. At least then you'll have a true measure of their validity.

Now. So far as tech permissions go (and they know we love them, half or more of the Reavers are in or have been in the MM~, including plenty of those HOOOOOOORRIBLE norp pvp whores who destroy discovery unless they're flying next to you and not at you) we'll never come remotely close to the MM~ or most official factions.

Heck, amongst unofficial merc groups we're tame.

I'd personally like to get rid of our Black Dragons and will do so at first opportunity. Emerald/Frozen might keep his forever because he likes sitting on it in New York once a month. No one flies the Nyxs', though I think they're allright. The FA bombers are also high on my list of things I frown severely at, but they were acquired while I was on vacation and I've not yet contrived of a method by which to extract them from the greedy hands of my minions. The GMG bombers are nice in case something heavy is needed, though they're limited in their utility due to political considerations. The RM bombers are being held in reserve in case someone deserves a special treat for being good. Though they'll likely just be shelved forever.

So, yeah. For the most part we're just using civi/bw tech.

The Corsair guns were acquired in the most insane tech deal in discovery history. 150 million in free kills and 200k+ commodities atop 10 cardi traders and more high profile kills than you can shake a stick at. We'll never, ever, stop using those.

The other guns we use are, eh, keep 'em or lose 'em.

Also, I'm not embarrassed. Anyone would realize by what I said that it was an exaggeration. This post contains more bad feedback about the Reavers, than good. I personally would take that as a sign.

As foul as it may be, it's not against the rules (yet). The simplest solution is to dock when you see more than one enter the system. They'll get bored with no one to shoot and eventually leave, permitting you to go about your business.

I never said it was hypocrisy Bindo. In fact I didn't say anything at all apparently due to forum loss. But that's an interesting statement to extrapolate. I think my thought was that some people seem to have their criticism set on repeat mode. Which the following actually illustrates in an interesting way.
