Heeeeeeey, I like that Valkyrie. If skinned properly, armed/sized/equipped like a battecruiser, it would fit nicely as a replacement for the Albatross.

(really, would you prefer the rock-bumping wings of the Alby or that flat beauty?)

Loadout would stay the same, size - about the same as the Alby (maybe bigger in volume, but smalller dimensions) criser-grade shield, unchanged armor, same agility (or worse), possibly a thruster.

IMG (us) are using a very particular line of ships - like Hessians using BW desins or Mollys/L.Rogues usingthe generic pirate models. IMG might have its own line - Doom's gunboat, the battlestar, maybe Val working as a new (and way better-looking) battlecruiser?

While I'm not much looking to give ships to the enemy:PI agree, that Battlestar looks pretty, and I thought the Albatross would be better put somewhere else...

Hmm, lemme think... maybe GMG? Sigmas aren't very rocky, and those fellaz had to wreck the Rheinland fleet with something...

Bombers. Lots and lots of bombers. And think about it, those hunking Rheinland Dreadnoughts got slaughtered by the methane pockets. What would happen to an Albatross? They've got all the size to take the methane, with a quarter the shield an an eighth the armor.

Heh, bunch of taiidans

Al is a ship from star wars. Nebulon frigate if memory serves. Currently, the BH, zoners and hackers use the ships from SW particularly. Maybe... lol, a swap - liberty skin for the Albie and giving it to hacker specifially (looks thin and high-tech-ish anyway) while IMG gets the Val.

GMG probably used fighters, bombers and maybe some Kusari gunboats and destroyers.

Can't imagine them using anything bigger, really. Not through lack of resources, but through lack of construction facilities.

I'll see if I can track done the artist who did that render of the Val. Provided it dose not have too many polly's it can probably be stripped and scaled with relative ease.

Making model isn't the problem...bigger part of community doesn't want that recognizable TV show ships in the mod. Ironic, isn't it, considering that 50 % ships here are not original models but copies from some movies or tv shows and games.
Despite that, in my opinion some types of Bstars skinned properly and put to their place will look more FLish then many ships we fly here on daily bases, i don't want to put an effort in the making that complicated model for it to be refused by the mod creator or community. It creates too many problems...

Yep Doom you are right about that... better to make new custom ships.

Btw, what engines did you use to create those screenshots? I used blue engines instead.
