Put little more color on ships please,i would really like to own black Nephthys...or purple Sabre...or...:nyam:
This. I honedtly want a white Nephthys. No black, everyone will want black.
MAKE THE KARL MARX PINK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Then charge at Crete yelling in an RP drunken crazyness FOR VODKA!!!!
And what comrade said. Enough capspasm. Dakun, last time I did a gank was when a lolwut in Tridwente attacked a Virulian,Enclave ship.
There was an RP basis..
On that note, make some special turrets so battleships can hit Tridentes, a loldente circling you then mocking you for docking with Gran Canaria because I had to go...grrr...
One of the things I'd like to see is the possibility to change the color of the engines of your ships, however I've heard that this won't ever happen so I keep dreaming of a katana with red engines.
The other thing I would like to see is the removal of CDs on the NPCs to make them less annoying. I hate it when you get CDed 234682349 times...
As last thing I would add more buying locations for debbies, because in my opinion some groups have it difficult to buy them
' Wrote:Exactly, capspam. And ganking on top of it - which is very poor sportsmanship.
Never said it would be fair.
' Wrote:Yes, it does. Server rules always take precedent over RP, the same applies here for balance reasons.
I only said that it does not make any RP sense. And thats a fact. And thats why it would be one of the 3 things i would change here.
' Wrote:Why? We already have enough of a problem with people abusing the current IDs and having poor RP basis for their characters. This is a clear case of quid pro quo - if you want cool stuff, you have to demonstrate that you both know how to and intend to use said stuff correctly.
Ya that was somehow my point, the official-special-one-ID-and-own-shipline-factions show very poor RP from my point of view.
All meetings i had with them so far were just one big disappointment, one sentence like "we will kill you, cannot leave you alive" and start fighting. Attacking zoner transporters (no arms) and keep running / dying if someone with guns shows up.
Thats why i say every independent player i met so far can do that as well.
But i actually would change the whole "free to kill everything" IDs to more reasonable IDs and then just open them for everyone.
I mean the standard Factions have all boring-looking and always the same bases except the baffin stuff.
And the few other players have things like tekagis base, nomad bases or the phantoms temple in omic 82 and so on.
Thats why i say its more or less a waste of cool stuff for many ppl.
If you honestly positively CANNOT live without using the BFG that is a cap against a freighter/transport, join a faction, work to Captain, go hog wild.
Which is why ORI was flushed down the toilet. Learn the lessons of history or you are doomed to repeat it.

RP is like logic: you can reason any outcome. It doesn't make it humane, however, and the same applies. It is an issue of balance, and I doubt it will be changed.

The above is more an example of how a player faction's reputation influences interaction, not necessarily those people being poor RPers.

Although you are happy ORI is gone don't confuse the issue that we closed the faction as our own decision.
We learned from our history...ORI was a far greater faction than the ones before and [PYM] will hopefully overmatch all of them.

still non-sense. But i agree it won't be changed, however i think the topic was more what we want to be changed. So thats it.

Quid pro quo.
Might be but what makes them so exclusive then? Factions like the Order or some independent nomad hunter groups are kinda needless due to a huge lack of opponents.
