Hello fellow Outcasts,

I am ingame [TrB]Cons`D.Bizzare, after a ROS attack on Malta I got a little in a argue with a 101st guy forgot his name...anyway...
The thing is, he was giving orders to the right and left, to all outcasts on sight, and told him I aint take orders from him... Is it me or the Outcasts RP sounds EXACTLY like Liberty navy or any other military? Do you forgot who and what you are? You are Outcats, they are not a regular military or so, we are a bit more mob style, more ruthless, we do not talk with "pardon me sir, and that kinda of crap" go to bretonia or liberty with that talk...
So back to our 101st guy... Are you THE PRESIDENTE??? do you give orders to any outcats??? is this has becomed outcasts on disco server? some guys that traded like hell for their dreads and bs's so they can give orders? You damn ruining the Outcast, especially with your "outcast role playing", which is not... I look at you and I see a Liberty navy rp, definetly not an OC.
So please give orders to you faction and who your faction permits, not to every outcasts you see... I will take orders from the presidente himself, we are not a house like bretonia etc... So stop transforming Outcasts, which In my opinion is the best faction, which I like and enjoy very much, stop transforming into a regular faction...

ADVICE: sell your ships and go to liberty or other house, and stay there! dont ruin the game!

101st is the Official faction, he In Roleplay, is the governing and commanding person in Outcast space.

You have no say, you can't go "F u" and do what you want, cause what you is fly around pew pew'ing stuff.

Doc Jameson and the 101st TRY THEIR BEST, not to make things cross the line of what's fair.

I tried a little once and couldn't handle it.

So do me a favor lil guy, and take a long good look at yourself and what you and other 'lolwuts' are doing for those that are trying to make Outcast RP more amusing for everyone else.

Actually, the Dons lost the majority of their power when the government turned into an actual democracy a while back. Shortly there after it the democracy was quietly brushed under the carpet in exchange for a national socialist government led by the character Dennis Jameson.

RIGHT 2) Official factions have authority over players of the same NPC affiliation, as long as RP justification is provided. This authority applies in forums and in-game, and applies to player faction diplomacy, and strategic and tactical direction. However, exercise of that authority, on the forums and in game, is restricted to official faction members with the rank of the official faction leader and one rank below him/her. The authority may be exercised through the use of in-game in-RP orders, which, if not obeyed, can result in in-game in-RP consequences (arrest, court martial, and even "lethal" force in extreme circumstances). Official Factions cannot, under any cicrumstances, require another player to follow non-canon RP if that player doesn't want to.

INTENT OF RIGHT NUMBER 2:
The intent of this right is to allow official faction leadership to also provide leadership, with discretion, to independent players, to improve server gameplay, fairplay, and roleplay. This right is NOT intended to provide the official faction leadership the right to exercise power for its own sake.

An example of "good" exercise of these rights is to require an independent player to not utilize a heavy captial ship against a smaller lone fighter or bomber, or to not enter an existing fight where entering the fight would unbalance it greatly, or to require the independent player to take action or not take action in support of good RP. (ie, ordering the escort of a diplomat, or something equally creative)

Provided Vito is a 2nd in command of the 101st, he is within his rights to ask you to stand down in an unbalanced fight.
