I have some questions which digging and excessive use of the search function couldn't answer so far.
If i placed my post in the wrong section, any moderator is free to move it, if he wants.
1. Gallia bribes:
How are the factions in Gallia connected to the ones in Sirius bribe-wise? So far i know that bribing
Gallic Metal Service drops, besides your rep with the gallic unlawfuls, your rep with the outcasts too.
Does a hostile rep with Junkers raise the rep with gallic lawfuls? Does exist somewhere a detailed list which
shows those connections (except the wiki, if anyway)?
2. Corsairs/Outcasts:
Outcasts are like italians. Corsairs are like a colorful mix of spaniards, greek and... mexicans?
I'm asking this cuz i found it really funny when some corsair asked me "nicely" to leave gamma,
calling me "Gringo".:D
3. Nomad "sensors":
According to the nomad lore 1.31, nomads are able to change the energy levels in the circuits of jumpgates
so they can activate them. Some AI players mentioned that nomads are unable to communicate with AI
vessels. Based upon that, my question is how do nomads lock on targets? I believe human radar/scanners
are searching for energy traces or transponder signals (correct me if i'm wrong here). Do nomads lock instead
of the ship's energy core, on the pilot's mind? Or both energy and thoughts?
3.a) If yes:
I) Within what range? System wide or within the immediate environs of the nomad ship (15K)?
II)The nomad lore mentions an Outcast who could communicate with nomads with the help of an artifact.
Does this work in reverse? I mean, is there the slightest possibility of the existence of an artifact,
that's completely able to hide the thought of a pilot, by... don't know.... generating some sort of negative PSI-field?

On a more serious note, having read the nomad lore what you're describing doesn't necessarily contradict the existing information. I think if you discuss it with the right people, you could most likely submit a special RP request to have this granted. If you want to use a RP like this in-game, it would serve you well to alert the keeper faction oorp to avoid awkwardness.
Maybe your same artifact would work on cyborg PvP machines . . .

Both the Outcasts and Corsairs include Italians and Spaniards.
There is nothing I've found that indicates Greek involvement, but that would make sense.
Both nations came from the Hispania, so they have mixtures of all ethnicities that were on that sleeper ship.

3. Nomads could communicate with AIs if they so desired, but they don't. AI ships are either obstacles to be ignored, or targets if they become a threat.
Nomads send data directly to the minds of those they are communicating with, meaning that their 'voices' are heard inside the human mind, as if someone were whispering in your ear.
The 'fractured' Nomad speech is the result of the troubled communication between Nomads and Humans. The Nomad transfers a great deal of information in a split second, and the majority of it is so complicated or alien that the human mind only picks up on and registers parts it recognises.
This means that the speech comes out broken and only a few words are recognisable.
The answer being, the Pilot's Mind. Pretty much.
3a.
I) Using the power of the Mindshare, Nomad ships can tap into the minds of anything they are aware of, the size of the Nomad ships dicates the range at which it can communicate effectively. The bigger the better.
II) The Nomads sometimes grant devices to certain humans that allows them to communicate more effectively with the Nomads, such as slowing or sorting the information transmitted, or allow their mind to enter a part of the Nomad Mindshare anywhere in Sirius and communicate with the Nomads at any time.Spectres are given such devices to communicate with the Nomads anywhere in Sirius or Gallia.
A device such as that would belong to the Nomads, or be Nomad Technology.
Following such RP without the help/approval of Treewyrm is a really bad idea, talk to him about it if you think it could be good RP.
Thank you all for these detailed answers. And no worries. I won't set up any delicate RP, until i'm 100% convinced of my basic RP skills.
Maybe in the far future and with the help of others... who knows?
The reason i asked was that i stumbled over a story i wrote months ago, but i thought i had deleted it.
After i deleted it, i thought "Hey, why not?" and posted the most difficult things here. That's all.:D

Just look at Planet Crete. Crete is an island that belongs to Greece.
Carlos Rivera: Corsair Brotherhood Pirate - Retired, shifted to Tripoli Shipyard's Research and Development engineering teams Anthony Cameron: Guild Core Bounty Hunter - Killed in Action, committed suicide after being trapped in Omicron Minor following its destruction Juan Ruiz: Outcast Ghost of Razgriz Pirate - Killed in Action, killed by the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army during Bretonian piracy raid Michael Winchester: Liberty Security Force Agent - Missing in Action, likely killed during Rheinland espionage mission or trapped in Rheinland Space Eric McCormick: Order Pilot - Retired, shifted to planetside training of new recruits

And Liberty has Canadian areas in it... Geographical names for places are nessesarily anything to do with the people who live there or founded the colonies there.
I think the amount of Greek people on the Hispania is probably a very, very small percentage.

I know. I am of greek origin.
Sparta, Livadia, Corinth, Thira, Crete, Syros etc, they're all greek. Well, judging from the fact that the majority
of bases with greek names are more on the corsair side of Sirius, i believe there is enough room for interpretations like,
there could be a small greek group on board the Hispania and died out either in
the sleeper ship or after the early settlements.
Or the guys from microsoft were just lazy cuz they ran out of names.
