[font=Arial][size=small][size=medium]Backstory:
In 810 AS, John Carter was assigned as the commander of the OCV-Trident, a newly constructed Osiris battleship. Armed to the teeth with high performance weapon systems and 4x strength armor hull, along with one of the best scanner systems available in Sirius. After commanding the Trident for a few months, John went to the secondary fleet headquarters to do a bit of research. What he found was that there was no fast response force capable of initiating strikes on short notice. After this revelation, John took it upon himself to create the 63rd Order Expeditionary Force, a fighter and bomber wing stationed aboard the Trident as a force recon and fast response unit, reporting directly to high command but being independent enough to operate without the various restrictions the primary fleet has.
In 818 AS, Daniel Marshal was appointed captain of the newly repaired Trident, and taking on command of the near defunct 63rd Order Expeditionary Force. Daniel quickly noticed the potential of the 63rd, and begun restructuring the force into what it is now. After restructuring the Unit, he began to recruit the best and brightest the Order secondary fleet had to offer, hand picking them for optimal mission readiness.

These are the Leaders of the 63rd, and are responsible for dealing with promotions, recruitment,
operating strategies, and doctrine. Commanding Officers often fly their designated Ship, however the
commander will often fly a Snubcraft to lead the Enlisted personnel in operations.

All 63rd ships are to fly with Order IFF and a Order/Order Guard ID, and are limited to
fighters and bombers to prevent any cap spam.
The Naming convention for all OEF ships is: 63rd|callsign
A pilots callsign should be reflecting the pilots combat performance, or his aptitude

The ZOI will differ per the Order High Commands Orders, and It is just to time consuming to change it after every flight. If the Order does not give us marching orders/denies my app for the Trident(baseship), then I
will have to Think of something.

This faction has been in the works longer than I ever saw anything from the OSS, and its not my fault that there is a different faction that is apparantly doing the same thing. And I have not seen any faction information posts by the OSS.

Well, looks like it's about making a coherent and balanced battle group of a cap supported by fighters. Every military faction could use this sort of organization. Any additional RP backstory is just gravy since the purpose of this group is to just have fun and be competent in combat.

They're doing nothing worse than what you do with your "dreaded yorktown"
Except they probably get shot down quite a bit less since they don't go lolwutting on their own in nothing but an unescourted BS.
They're using caps the way they were meant to be used, as a platform for smaller ships. Nothing wrong with that.
