This is recordings of a large fight between these "OSS Order chaps" that came into Dublin looking for a fight earlier. I recorded entire conversation as Matilda was on seen from beginning. I also found it Strange that the Essex did not fire at any of these attacking Fighters as they passed within meters of her gun's. This will have to be looked at by command. I will upload all Data for high command to sift through.

No, Zoners may supply their freeports.

No. Common sense to apply. Those Kusari Nationals allied to the Kusari Naval forces shall be shot down, and Kusari Trading faction. Those Kusari that oppose their government are not our enemies, precisely. The Enemy of my Enemy is my Friend; or at least neutral.

No, it does not. Flying a Kusari military ship makes you an enemy. Flying a Kusari Civilian ship makes you a target of questioning.
Since there are some grey areas, apparently, I will revise the original orders.

Report:
While on surveillance in orbit of Planet New London, I was engaged by a vessel identified as freestiner. The ship gave no reasons for engaging and boldly did the action in front of the Capital. Soon after the vessel ran out of nanobots it began to flee, where I lost track of it.
A few hours later, I managed to catch and neutralize the target. Until further notice, I would like this ship to be listed as hostile to the Crown.
