Well, the thing is, Official Factions are expected to use the powers responsibly. If you talk with them, you may be able to come to a conclusion with them about how to make the gameplay experience more fun for both parties. In the above example with the LSF, I somehow doubt the other LSF will say something like that unless the other person is completely incompetent and is screaming in system their whereabouts. Sure, some people can be jerks, but very few people want to be jerks and they may just not realize they're doing that. Best to just talk to the people you want to talk to directly instead of ranting.
