Thanks for all the feedback everyone but Razr just told us we have 24 hours to disband or we're going to get pwnd so we're disbanding it's been really fun I <3 all of you admins please don't close this thread we're going to briefly figure out our next step and probably become the Reaver Trade Co. with a trade ID.
Thanks again other Reavers for making this faction so much fun sorry it came to this.
@ Razr GG
Edit: Now he's saying they're making pirates so we're going to become the Reaver Civilian Co. and fly Civilian ID underlevel.
It's not very pleasant to see a Creation Request of a Mercenary Faction having 200+ replies while the other requests which obviously need more feedback (because of their much more complicated RP) having 1/10 replies.
Anyway, until yesterday I never had any interactions with the Reavers. Primarily this is because most of my chars are friendly/neutral in their lists and secondly because I rarely fight.
So yesterday I was talking with a pirate - before we start the pew pew - when a Reaver came by (this happened in the infamous Riverside - NY JG trade lane). Even though he could have engaged the pirate, he left and let us have a fair fight. So kudos to Amethyst !
[color=#000000]I got 2 questions (I didn't try to read 20 pages, so my apologies if they are answered again)
1. Working for the Republic of Liberty and the Lane Hackers at the same time, may make things complicated in the long run.
Let me give you an example: EDGE is fighting against Lane Hackers and 1-2 Reavers and some time later LN jumps in the fight to assist the EDGE. What would Reavers do in this situation?
2. Your faction diplomacy (if it can be called this way), how it was created? From prior RP interactions, maybe because you aimed at the technology that the faction you're working for has or something else?

Boy does it ever.

Hopefully not screw it up. An approach which has worked pretty well for us so far.
No but really likely shout something about the BHG engaging us or something. Or some other convincing lie. Or maybe just shout "OH thank god the Navy is here now we can arhughua" and then run away/kill everyone/call Lazuli a rapist/do whatever the situation dictates.
Considering that we're a no roleplay pvpwhore faction we have to do a lot of balancing of situations and be keenly aware of not only our immediate surroundings but the larger picture as well. It calls for a great deal of mental flexibility and ability to adapt to constantly changing circumstance based on reams of memorized information. Bloody troublesome to keep track of our multitude of engagement rights.

[color=#FF0000]Good luck !
The good news here is you can actually read all about that under the bit describing our business model in the original post. We follow the money, simple as. If the money dries up we don't stick by our old buddies hoping that they'll decide to be generous and give another handout down the road. You ever see that old movie, Pete's Dragon? It's a lot like that but with more violence.
So I may be out of the loop, but I have a question. What's the point of this thread again? Dusty was bored and needed a new playground? Really, I'm not even trolling. Just curious.

We're totally full up on members at the moment. Everyone in the Reavers is awesome but, well, if you get too big you really just work yourself out of a job. We're at about 15 pilots who could be considered active with about 5 loungers. That's insanely huge for a mercenary company.
