Thyr'zul, so when you quote me like you did above, what does that mean?
I am assuming you are trying to tell me that I am the hater here and I should be going away with my own words. Ok, lets say this is the case. Have you read what people wrote before that or you have a "selective vision" ? (it is when you see only what you want to see, in case you don't know what it is)
I think this could be an interesting conversation, don't you think?
Salmin, feel free to join the conversation, grab a chair, a cup of hot cocoa and lets converse.
Revan, technically, you made me what I am right now. (not you ,per se) So, when i came here I was a virgin. I didn't know the people and was pretty open minded. I was asking questions, talking, was trying to make some funny jokes and i was lead into a trap a couple of times. Well, I didn't like that, so I started to pay attention to how people talk and I discovered a whole new world. Evidently i did not enjoy people making fun of me in a subtle ways, so I stayed patient and I learned and learned and learned. I am still learning, so to say. Just like most of you, I don't like to be on the loosing side, so I educate myself constantly.
And it came to this, now we have people, who understand me and laugh with me, talk, make jokes and
the people who are no obsolete. By obsolete, I mean me becoming better in their own game, so all they have left is to go, so to say, head on. Of course I will not name the names, but if you read the post from page 1 to the end you will get the general idea.
With that being said, I wish you a happy day, a rainbow over your house and a million of happy thoughts.

While I agree with your perception of the ways this (or maybe any other) community works, what's more I find your insight remarkable and thorough, I think I discovered a flaw in your approach - this particular 'forum game' should not be a priority. Sometimes we smile on others, sometimes we make others smile. On our flaws. It's all jolly, and the less serious you are about it the better it gets.
But 'playing' for actual 'winning' makes this nice 'sport' a boxing match. And there even the winner gets a tough beating. It might be entertaining to watch, but who'd sympathize with one of those brutes once they are out of the ring?
So to keep at the metaphor - you are a tough bastard, who can take any beating. But there is no K.O. here, the 'opponents' only get more angered, keeping on the offense. If you ask me, in such situation the only valid tactic is to back off. You might be better, but pointing that out wont win the audience. Show them your better side, let them realize it for themselves.
Guess I wandered too far - who am I to give advice? Have a laugh at my insolence. We are just virtual people on the internet afterall.
(Maybe a lock would have been good. It would have spared me from actually submitting that post.)
