I think Rheinland doesn't like you much. Maybe re-consider your affiliation with it as well.
You might think wrong, PFI is a Bretonian Company, even tough there is Cold bay depot,
(wich is a project on hold inRP). PFI is a liable trading partner for rheinland and vica versa.

Developers, decided to step in your faction's Lore and create many terraforming projects which most of them are in unlawful Guard Systems, without involving Planetform at all. Also, Kishiro Technologies seem to have many scientific information about terraforming since they are in charge for Planet Miura in Okinawa system.
Kishiro enveloped their own terraforming project, and aboutthose unlawfull gaurd systems, is not our faction lore,
it is something modwise.

Maybe you should reconsider your reputation mainly with Kishiro and a little with GMG as well?

PFI is not a military organisation, as should be clear in the FP concept,
and we could meet Kishiro in Rheinland, both of us trade in rheinland.

Yes, but you were hiding a base which was eventually found out. The fact that you are Bretonians doesn't make you instantly friendly. Also, I have a question on this:
Does the Crown owns a part of the company like Bowex/BMM ?

I'm going to step in here for answering this question as I was in PFI a long long while back before Mike attempted to take it into his arms.

The Cold bay storage station in Hudson wasn't a secret. It was Liberty's attempt at settling the Hudson system and claiming it as their own. This in return pissed Rheinland off at Liberty, as well as a little bit at Bretonia, though PFI isn't exactly a corporation that is under the Bretonian Governments control.

This Planetform is the 'real' Planetform, the one previously suggested haven't been seen for a while and
rumoured to be gone already. we have looked at it before going further.

also, please check on post 1, it has been updated and soon some fresh images will emerge.
