So ya, not many people on and I see a npc cruiser patrol... I'm like yay time to have some fun, about 15 minutes of missile dodging later
some lvl 26 Navy tagged BH ship tractors the pilot and flees for Colorado...
If I tell him to drop said captain and he doesn't, am I allowed to shoot him and take it?
Be quick,
Be efficient,
Be powerful,

Yeah i had the same happen to me along time ago when i was pewpewin a kusari BS:(i got the cruiser pilots but Mr. BS admrl... went to some gmg whale fella.
Then when he went to oki the next hour or so i didn't let him out....:D
Who says i can't charge 10mil over and over and over again.
Well, you know, he made an RP decision to take that dude out of space and into his hold, I don't see any problems with making an RP decision to be angry about that and tax him until he helps you make up for the effort of destroying a Battleship. It's all RP.
As far as I can tell, go ahead, tell him to drop it. If he doesn't comply, he was acting in RP, he learned about RP consequences by getting shot at by a Rogue GB.
