There's no "Pirate tech" field on the tech chart. So I'd say it's Rogue/Molly ship. 99,9% sure of it.

Well, the gunboat and the destroyer for example are clearly stated as "Molly/Rogue Gunboat/Destroyer". The werewolf is not. But it's built by the Rogues, guess that explains it.

Yesss guys you are doing it wrong! hehe, The Werewolf should be all over the place not the Sabre!
In my view the "Pirate" line ships shouldn't be only for Rogues/Molly's, those ships could be used together with the indie Pirate id too.

Sabre is borderworlds tech. It states in infocard.

Werewolf is Molly/Rogue. It should be stated in infocard. If it is not stated = you look where it is sold.
