Good evening, or morning, or whatever time you should happen to receive this. Ah look at me, making a mess of such an important application. Right, sorry about that I'll try again.
I'm Jacob Skye, a bounty hunter. To this point the only money I've made has been in the escorting of freight and transport vessels, however I would like to live up to my title of Bounty Hunter. as such, I come to you applying to collect on bounties offered here. I have enclosed all the information you could need to accept my application:

You will doubtlessly notice that I am in good standing with the Liberty military, intelligence and law enforcement services. As opposed to hiding this fact, I shall explain myself.
I am Bretonian born, and as such, your war is not mine. I will not take sides in the war, Rheinland's or Liberty's. While I understand and appreciate your bounty on Liberty vessels, I will not offer any pretence at my intention of fulfilling them, it plain won't happen. I escort cargo vessels across Bretonia, Rheinland and Liberty with equal frequency and will do nothing to jeopardise that side of my work by targeting any lawful persons within those houses. I have also worked for the Liberty government before now, but in the same situation there, I will never take up arms against Rheinland's people, be they enlisted men or law abiding civilians, only against their criminals.
I hope you can understand my position on this, and with my assurance that it will bare no ill effect on my work hunting the criminals of Rheinland, that my application is accepted. After all, even if I only take care of say a single hot-headed Hessian, that's still one less to worry about.

I've taken out some trash for you. A couple of Odins and a Thor... All Hessians. I caught the first one, an Odin, when he was shooting your rookie pilots near the lane at the Braunschweig jumphole. The other two were involved in a fight with your own pilots in Stuttgart. Since your pilots will no doubt file a report on it, I won't go in to it. I was able to snipe the other two there. Trash taken out once more. Again there was a couple of Odins and a Thor... All Hessians. The two Odins were pirating along the lane in Hamburg, and ran when they saw me. They don't seem to have understood that they should run far. So, I caught up with them, and gave them a real smooth shave with my razors. The Thor was in Dresden. A whole bunch of those "~}{~-whatchamacallthem" were close to Vogtland. I engaged them, and killed one almost immediately. The other ones naturally engaged me. At this point RNC-Cottbus came to my assistance. Four of the Hessian ships were Vidar-cruisers, and Cottbus managed to take out one, and almost a second. In the end, we lost the battle.
