Was wondering if Un-Official faction can buy house navy,police & company bases buy paying a small rent permonth like a RM Un official one can buy one of the war ships statoined in any Rheiland systems

Not exatly buying Renting a small space on that station or warship

Why would you want to 'rent' one? How would it benefit you?

If your an unofficial faction, you can say your 'based' out of it without 'paying' someone for it....

Not in the same way that official factions can buy systems, no. But this seems like a role-play thing rather than an "Is it allowed?" kind of thing. If your wing of ships wants to station themselves on some Rheinland Battleship somewhere, open a thread in the Communications Channel directed at the [RM] asking them about it.

It's also useful to mention in the topic title what your question might be. Rather than just saying titling this thread thread "A Question, Wanted to Know", it would be nice to title it something more like "A question about unofficial factions and base ownership, Can unofficial factions rent out bases?" Or something like that.
