Disbanding ? No. Re-organize it ? Yes. Put people that have more time to do this, and also change the ways of the Order, not having a siege in Minor and fighting nonsense with BHG and LN. I always had the perspective of the Order as a Sirius-wide faction. With hundreds of agents all around it who have the power to control every move in the houses, since they have the role to protect humankind against the Nomads. Apparently the "Sirius-wide idea" is stuck to Liberty and Minor, and perhaps Delta sometimes.

Disbanding it would be silly unless another faction steps up, which is yet to happen. All I can suggest is what Terry often suggests, get competent people into the HC from the outside, then reorganize the whole faction's concept from the base.

Make sure you also put nice writeups on the forums so the community knows that you're doing something.

Also, I find this thread entirely silly and unnecessary. What you achieved with it was basically putting up the Order to a public attack, magnifying otherwise minor problems.

The Order is a faction with a large playerbase (the ID that, is not the Order|), of course you have to live up to higher expectations.

I think you should give them one last chance. Say, three weeks should do it.

If not... disband Order| and do the Faction from scratch.

I agree with this. The Admins, and several other people alongside me think that the Order has in the past a leadership without actual leadership skills.
I suggest what someone here said, disband it and allow someone from the outside to restart everything. Since how Malexa said once.

Also,i disagree that Rod is in charge just two weeks-you were a team all this time,you made decisions together and he was involved in all OHC decisions all this time.I don't really think that 2-3 weeks-a month will change anything...anyway,whoever want's to change Order for the better got my and TCG| soport.

From that OHC which made those mistakes, only I am still surviving. Tommy is no longer a High Command member, and Nooblet is basically in restive mode. Orley has left. New members have come in. All this has happened within the last month or so.

And we're glad for the support.

I appreciate their current struggle to make things good, but I don't give it much credit. It's vital a reorganization but to be made by someone outside the "vicious circle", if and only if, the Order wants to see brighter days or remain as a boring and lonely faction on a forgotten system.

If by circle you mean the current OHC, yeah, outside ideas are needed.

Hence why Rod is accepting ideas I think.

I didn't said disbanding the whole faction. Just to disband the current OHC. Because I say this frankly. The current OHC is a bunch of incompetent power mongrels. And don't you dare say nothing or contest this since I left per my personal initiative.
