We dont have to learn to lead we have to learn to work together and me for example have to learn to do it a bit better than now.

I dun have a problem to lean anything alone but this wont work in order for example cause its too big.

so i have to learn to "lead in a team"

one month wont be enough for me (dunno about the others)

cause i have final exams in a month and pt2 of that 3 weeks later.

If you can't learn to lead, I suppose all those leadership seminars that business leaders run in the real world are pointless? There's actually a debate about that, but it's a non-starter to say you can or can't learn a skill.

Instead of having this pointless discussion about what will or wont happen in a few weeks, and the frankly nitpicking attitude that is plain as daylight above this post, howabout we revisit this topic later? If you have your methods to keep track of changes in the Order Jack, then you wont hesitate to give them the time they say they need to effect changes. What does it cost to you to give them time? If you are actually concerned about making the faction better, you'll give them their last chance. If you only want to bring them down into pointless argument that wastes everybody's time, you'll post more inflammatory garbage. Choice is yours.

well... it was a bit hard possibly but if people try to destroy things you make and that again and again - several times a day a normal person is annoyed sooner or later.

also i was in rage cause a order guy is doing such stupid stuff in a help channel.

but well. thats the past I would have forgotten that already if nobody had posted this screen:D
