Why are there no ]bd[ online, ever? In the last two weeks I flew through Kusari around ~10 times with my OC. If I fly circles around Mito in Tau 63, will I finally get some encounter? Stop hiding in those rocks and come about again to defend your honor or something like that. :\
Rather simple the explanation is really, inactivity. Some members are on a break, some are away from Disco for the time being, and some just find no joy in playing when Kusari is empty. However, it could've been that you're online at a different time, easy as that. We do have a fight planned tonight with the KNF, something we've been having weekly for the past 2 months ( aside from the last 2? weeks when it didn't happen ).
I won't comment on your OC flying around Mito though. x_X
As of today, my character, NLH pilot Matthew Ashcroft was attacked and neutralised near the Honshu jumpgate in Okinawa by two Shinobi mercenaries presumably bountied by the Risings Sons, as well as a Blood Dragon vessel. During the fight, I forgot to make shots, and hence remembered the size and composition of the attacking forces badly, presuming a gank. This post is in order to make clear that I was mistaken in doing so, and hence would like to apologise from the Rising Sons for seemingly accusing them of an unfair attack.

This is just notice, that myself, as well as Sawayama.Katsu, and Shosuro.Raiden are pirating the new-tokyo>honshu trade lane - and if there are any complaints about us, we stand and take responsibility for them.
ive already applied to join the Rising Sons, but just a heads up - we, as group, have already pvp'd twice - a KSP player who agreed to the pvp after some in character discussion about the nature of honor - and a freelancer in a spatial who thought he'd rather fight then pay tribute - in other words, he initiated the pvp.
as per the laws of the Rising Sons, we are polite and civil in all our dealings, and each party that has paid tribute to the true emperor (our asking fee's) has been thanked and offered escort from the system - as well, weve only hit nabanjin foreigners - we have a "see samura, charge them lots, if they refuse, initiate some pvp, if they bite, light 'em up" - so far nothing tho.
were all running blood dragon ID's and IFF's.
server rules get very specific when shots get fired at opposing player characters, so i just wanted to post this, so people know what were doing, how were doing it, and if weve offended somebody, where to find us.

Pirating as a Blood Dragon is ok, as long as you do not ask for unrealistic amounts and you keep RP and fair play above profit. When pirating, you should (notice the should, I'm only giving you an advice) explain the trader why he/she is not welcome in Kusari, ask if he/she is trading with the Empire, etc.
Other than that, I can't comment your application, all I can say is that I'm looking forward to fly with you guys.

Oh yeah - we kindly explin to them that continuing their trade requires they pay tribute to the true and honorable government of kusari, that foriegn trade has cost us more then money, so they should feel lucky its costing them only money, etc etc.
one guy was more then happy to support the Blood Dragon cause, another guy was pretty angry but paid, and another opened fire on us, and we blew him away (all in rp of course) - we ask for realistic amounts, somewhere around 500k to a mil if they can afford it, and we haggle down if they demure - as long as we get something, it works out - we usually always give them the option of leaving kusari space if they cant pay, and one of us escorts them out.
weve been hoping to run into some Hogosha or Samura players - so far, only a KSP guy, and we lit him up pretty well (again, all in rp of course).

Errr... maybe that was me. Your RP is cool, you behaved like a Blood Dragon should be. No probs. The reason i
initiated the PVP you can easily read from my infocard (target the ship and type /showinfo or /si. Beware, you
can controll your ship again when you hit OK). My char is unpredictable. I always drop a dice and see how it ends.
In your case, i dropped a "One", which means fight. After i've disposed one of you 2 other and a bretonian bomber
showed up and SNACed me out of nowhere.
When i would drop a "Three" i would quarrel with you first.
A "Six" means you're lucky, my char is drunk and he pays your fees/taxes/donations/tolls-whatever.
Yep, it was Hangman - sorry for the Bretonian Privateer SNAC'n you - we had you anyway.
The other guy was someone named Metal.Slug, i cant remember his ID, might have been DSE, dunno - as for the dice roll, cool man, i like that! yeah, i gotta say props for the kill on Raiden - my friend was cursing up a storm about being blindsided, and we all laughed at him (ooc of course, we were all in the same room on three dif pc's)
Stay cool Hangman, we cya again, maybe the dice turn up better for us, eh?
If it was Metal.Slug yeah i know him. He has DSE ID.
As for your friend:
Send him my regards and a bit of advice. Never stay still when an encounter may end in a fight. Try strafing,
engine kill for drifting and THEN start typing, next time. Keeps you a bit safer against suprise attacks.;)
And for the record, im a merc, not a common freelancer. The second paragraph is the one which gives you the most hinds about him.:D
