RP - Im at a tie between the 101st and ICMG. The 101st is more serious, and the ICMG is more random.

PvP - =CR=, only because they arguably do more than other factions, while maintaining a reasonable RP standard.

Seriously. I have not seen RP from Keepers in over a year before pew pew.

I have seen pretty much every other faction RP well at times,and utterly suck at others.
