Not much you can do about it. Somebody in the internet will fix it eventually. It could be just a case of an overloaded link. From the ping times I can guess that this router is in europe.
Don't worry about the "No response from host" at the end. I've disabled pings to the server.
You could report this to ihug. It looks like they have a connection agreement with init7 and so might be able to get it fixed faster. Discard everything after hos-tr2.ex3k2.rz12.hetzner.de.

It looks like you have bad wireless and also are going through init7 which looks faulted.
